Arrival Procedure
Take a ticket and park, making a note of your row number. Then proceed to the bus stop for a transfer to the airport.

Departure Procedure
Before you return to your vehicle, hand in your entry ticket and confirmation slip to the reception office.

There are regular courtesy transfers to All Heathrow Airport terminals.

• Exit at Junction 14 of the M25 and take the A3113 to Terminal 4 (follow signs for T4 and Cargo)
• Continue straight over 3 roundabouts
• After 3rd roundabout (opposite the RSPCA Quarantine Center) continue onwards for about 100 yards then move into the right filter lane
• After turning right, you'll see Park & Fly Business Parking on your right

Mr Cramp, 23 Oct 06 I have used this car park before and it is a must if you are flying from terminal 4, whether leaving or returning the buses are always there with helpful drivers, automated entry means no other staff are met.
Pros: Proximity to terminal.
Cons: Car park resurfacing going on.

Mr Gupta, 25 Aug 06 Our experience with Park and Fly was great. When we arrived at Terminal 4, we were promptly picked up and dropped off at the car park by an extremely friendly and helpful driver. The car park facilities are good and it is well signposted. The main advantage is its proximity to the airport.
Pros: Close proximity to Terminal 4, punctual pickup, friendly service.

Andy, 22 Jun 06 With the directions given, the car park is very easy to get to from the M25. I did not enter my credit card on entry, but just took the ticket - the instructions on the machine could have been clearer. This required a visit to the kiosk on return. On arrival at the car park, I had to wait a few minutes for the transfer bus, but on return there was hardly any wait at T4. The journey from the car park to T4 is very short.
Pros: Close to T4, easy access from M25.
Cons: Confusing on arrival.

Mr Hislop, 05 May 06 Without doubt the winning stroke is that this car park is fabulously close to T4. Too many business/long-stay car parks are painfully too far from the terminal, potentially spoiling the 'return from holiday' experience.
Pros: Amazingly close to T4.
Cons: As usual, too long to have to wait for the bus despite the busy time of day.

Sol Bhandari, 13 Mar 06 This car park is only five minutes drive from Terminal 4. I drove in, parked up (when eventually I found a free bay), looked up and there was the shuttle bus. It actually stopped by my car although I wasn't close to a bus stop. On my return, the bus was already waiting at arrivals and dropped me close to my car. I was, however, a little confused leaving the car park as the attendant office isn't obvious and they have to endorse your parking ticket for you to leave. This does not require you to get out of your car and is quite painless really.
Pros: Proximity to Terminal 4, regular/short transfers, friendly drivers.
Cons: Time to find a free parking spot.

Mrs Kennedy, 22 Feb 06 A really excellent carpark, couldn't be any closer to terminal 4. The buses are very frequent and efficient and the drivers are very helpful. I would definitely use this carpark again, it's worth every penny.
Pros: Situation to terminal 4, efficient buses, fast entry and exit.
Cons: Spaces could be slightly wider.

Mrs Ball, 04 Feb 06 We were lucky and arrived when car park opened 5.45 and bus literally rolled up behind our car as we parked. On return only waited 5 minutes. It was the quickest turnaround - just a pity that the M25 was jammed, which I had noticed as we flew over but thought it was just rush hour and would be clear by the time I got to it - typical!!
Pros: An absolute must for parking when travelling to Terminal 4.

Pros: Very convenient for terminal 4 at Heathrow.

Miss Gilli, 07 Jan 06 The directions were easy to follow and there was plenty of signs once in the airport complex. This car park is ideal for T4. The coaches were frequent and they did not keep you waiting. Also, your car stays where you park it and you don't have to give your keys to anyone, so you know that no one's going to shuttle you car about, and it won't be damaged.
Pros: Easy to find and close to terminal 4, good directions and signage, also liked the name & number system for the parking.

Miss Coles, 30 Dec 05 The car park was really easy to get to. There was a minibus waiting to take us to the airport once we had parked and the driver was really friendly and helped us with our bags. When returning, the bus stop at Heathrow was easy to find. We waited a maximum of 2 minutes for a minibus and the driver was friendly again! I would definitely recommend Park and Fly and would use them again - great value for money!
Pros: Great value for money and easy to get to!

Mrs O'callaghan, 16 Dec 05 Would prefer a drop off/pick up zone, a service often provided by much cheaper carparks, instead of having to find a space. Although it was convenient for Terminal 4 with quick transfers, the size of the coaches could cause delays at busier times. It's still expensive even when taking all the positives into account.
Pros: Close to Terminal 4, transfers were very quick. Would use again for convenience.
Cons: On the expensive side, particularly as you find the space & park your own car.

Cons: Needed to be shown where the available parking places were. Not obvious.

Mr Mitchell-hunter, 29 Nov 05 Excellent, slightly expensive but worth the little extra for the service. Little or no waiting for buses, Drivers very friendly and helpful. Transfer times to T4 very quick. Only a slight negative that there should be scattered walkways from parking areas through to bus stops. Not much room between parked cars to get luggage. Overall I would definitely recommend Park & Fly and use them again.
Pros: Efficient, fast transfers, departures and arrivals, location, very helpful staff.
Cons: Slightly expensive. No walkways between cars from bus stops to certain parking areas.
