50/50 Mrs Jefferson, 01 Jan 08 We arrived back at the parking at 7.00am, had to defrost the car and then go up to reception to exchange our voucher. We were greeted by the most charming and friendly guy in the office who kindly waited while we de-misted the car further and then let us through the barrier. Would definitely use this parking again.
Pros: Easy to find.

45/50 Mr Archer, 06 Dec 07 I can only comment on Terminal 1, the area is being re-worked but the size of the area is not big enough for the people and the visibility of the buses etc is poor. Overall the service is effective and I will happily use again.
Pros: Within airport zone, access via earlier M4 junction if coming from the west.
Cons: Transfer bus collection at Terminal 1 poor area & lighting, cramped, not nice.

45/50 Anna, 06 Dec 07 The service was quick and pain free, I had a transfer to and from the terminal within minutes! I did however drive past the parking at first (as there are many car parks in all directions) so a larger sign to point out which is the Pink Elephant one would have helped!!
Pros: Easy/quick transfer as close to terminals.
Cons: Somewhat expensive.

40/50 Mrs Overy, 16 Aug 07 Would definitely recommend. We had a very early morning flight so arrived at 3.30am - bus arrived within 5 mins - very quick transfer - on arriving back in the UK took a few minutes to find bus stop but again bus arrived within 5 mins.
Pros: Very easy to find and bus arrived very quickly.
Cons: Bustop outside Terminal 2 a little difficult to find.

45/50 Mr Jennings, 07 Aug 07 We travelled early, so no other passangers, our bus driver acted like a taxi, driving up to exactly where I was parking the car and collected us, GREAT service!
Pros: Local, secure, frequent transfers.
Cons: Could be less expensive.

50/50 Mrs Mackenzie, 03 Aug 07 An excellent service. We were travelling with children so chose a car park slightly closer than the others, though the price was slightly more. It was well worth it - there was a bus waiting as we unloaded the car, and there was a bus at the terminal exactly when we needed it. The transfer time was quick, and all staff were courteous and helpful. Will certainly use again!
Pros: Quick and easy.

40/50 Mr Hirani, 31 Jul 07 As a first time user, we experienced no difficulty at all. Upon arrival just parking the car and hopping onto the bus and then arriving at the terminal promptly was just a breeze. Same on our return.
Pros: Closeness to the terminals.

50/50 Dr Huzelmann, 26 Jul 07 We booked online Friday night, arrived Saturday morning, left the car, walked to a bus, were dropped off at terminal 2 and everything took us just 10 minutes! On the way back to the car park we were picked up after a 2 mins wait. As there was a lot of traffic around terminal 3, it took us a while to get back to the parking lot. We walked 50m to our car, drove to the exit, handed in our printed out email and left. Perfect. Booked it again already!!!
Pros: Very close to terminal, no waiting for buses at all, very easy, very clean, lots of nice cars, have booked it again already!!!
Cons: Took us 20mins to get back to the car, as the bus was picking up lots of people from all terminals.

40/50 Mr Goggin, 26 Jul 07 Had to wait in excess of 30 minutes for transfer back to car, but small price to pay. Weather conditions were a factor and driver did apologise. Will use the service again.
Pros: Quick, clean and easy to use.
Cons: Waiting time upon return.

45/50 Mrs Anderson, 25 Jul 07 We were able to park close to the bus stop, the bus then came along very quickly. We were inside the Terminal in a flash. On our return a bus was at the stop and we were returned to our car equally quickly. I hadn't been able to print out my email confirmation, but the attendant was very helpful. The whole thing was completely stress free.
Pros: On site parking, quick pick up.
Cons: Quite expensive.

50/50 Mr Harrison, 20 Jul 07 Great experience - very straightforward booking system, with good instructions. Very conveniently situated to airport and not left waiting more than five minutes for the bus.
Pros: Convenient, secure, straightforward.
Cons: Sign could be a bit larger, drove past it at first!

45/50 Ms Penman, 13 Jul 07 The directions to the parking lot were very clear, and parking spaces were plentiful for a summer weekend. The shuttle was there within 5 minutes, and the wait for the shuttle coming back was no more than 15 minutes. All in all, a great service!
Pros: Transfers, ease of finding site.

35/50 Mr Smith, 24 Oct 06 This is the first time that I have used Pink Elephant parking and I did not find the signposts easy to read - the signs are faded and not at all clear. Also the car park itself was not clearly identifiable in my opinion. I had to turn quickly into the car park having recognised it. A bigger sign I suggest that can be seen from the approach road. Having said that, now I know where it is it will be easy to find.

35/50 Mr Collins, 24 Oct 06 Very secure car park, user friendly. On returning from my trip it was difficult to find the pick-up point and there was quite a wait.

35/50 Mr Francis, 23 Oct 06 Easy to find and park. Bus to terminal arrived within 2 minutes. Had to wait about 10 minutes for return bus (10.30pm) but otherwise everything went smoothly.
Pros: Convenient on Airport Parking.
Cons: Expensive like all on airport parking.

40/50 Ms Bell, 20 Oct 06 I was trawling round Heathrow Airport looking for a huge Pink Elephant on a sign! This was my first mistake. Follow the long-stay parking signs, and then look for a miniscule pink elephant on the bottom of a Business Parking sign. Similarly, buses are not pink, or shaped like an elephant. To describe them as 'distinctive' is misleading! I personally would prefer flaming pink signs and buses, failing that, better signage.
Pros: Great service.
Cons: Difficult to find.
