The valet service is great; more money, but saves so much time and stress. You simply drive to the departures gate, someone is waiting with a trolley for you, he takes the car, you take the trolley and you're off. Returning, you simply call as you wait for your bags, and by the time you get out they are already there. No time driving to the carpark, to then have to queue for a bus and take a trip back to the airport, and the same upon returning, you just walk out and get into the car! I returned from the Maldives in my shorts and flip flops, although it was a cold october night I was only outside for 5 minutes whilst we loaded the car!! Pros: Eliminates at least 45 mins from a trip, can travel in holiday clothes!

Definitely will use service again - very efficient way of transporting children & lots of luggage. Pros: Very quick service - saved a lot of time after long flight. Cons: Major traffic problems on way in - phoned as requested but message not passed to collection driver who was very surly on our arrival.

A great service that is less hassle after a long flight. Courteous staff and minutes to wait after leaving arrivals hall. Cons: None.

This takes a good three quarters of an hour off your journey time each way!!!! With this service and check in online you can reduce your waiting time at the airport when leaving to a minimum and get home so much quicker on your return. Pros: Speed, convenience, no hassle.

Service over the phone was excellent - needed to contact the office as we had issues arriving due to traffic problems. Car wash/valet service much appreciated. Pros: Additional services great.

Car returned with flat tyre and we had to drive round with two small children 20 months old to find a petrol station- As we don't know the area it took 30 minutes to find someone and we had already been up all night- Not the service we had expected. Pros: Great punctuality and well-organised. Cons: Car returned with driver front wheel at 9PSI and should be 32PSI.

I wish we had tried this service years ago. It makes traveling with the kids and the baggage that goes with them a lot easier. Takes the stress out of getting to the airport. Pros: Convenience. Value for money.

No problems at all. Easy booking, good service but do make sure the joint checking of the car is done. Pros: Easy booking and good service, especially when I arrived back early from my trip in getting the car to me as quickly as possible. Cons: Driver returning the car was gone before I realised it and there was no joint check over the car for return condition.

This is the 3rd time that I have used this service but only the first time I have used it at Heathrow. This was however as good as the service I had received at Gatwick previously. I used the chauffer park service because I have the children as well as the cases with me and it just makes life so much easier! Someone meets you and you just get your bags out of the car and go into the terminal! No worries about finding a parking place, which can be a nightmare at somewhere like Heathrow. I personally think that for the peace of mind it gives you (one less thing to worry about!) that it is worth the extra money. Who wants to get on a bus with loads of cases and bags? Definitly worth the money! Pros: Someone meets you at the terminal & takes your car from you, stores it, then brings it back on your return. No worries. Cons: Timings can be tricky, if you encounter traffic on way to airport you have to phone to let them know you're running late. If you get through customs quicker than expected or there is a lot of traffic around the terminal on your return you have to wait!

We used the Meet & Greet service and I cannot praise the service highly enough. We will certainly hope to use the service again and are already looking for flights for August - unfortunately it looks as though we will need to fly from LGW and I don't believe Meet & Greet service is available from Gatwick Airport! Pros: Great service.

Would use this service again. Driver was a little late in returning my car, but overall a great service.

I would highly recommend this service. I certainly will use them again. Pros: V ery convenient with two young children. Cons: Expensive!

It was the first time we used this service and will certainly be doing so again. We found the whole operation very smooth and it was a delight to find our car waiting for us as we exited arrivals, particuarly as it was raining! Pros: Convenience and speed. The ease of simply putting cases and the children in our own car rather than waiting for a bus and getting everything on and then off this.

Great to not lug your baggage around. Even better on return after a tiring trip - one phone call and 10 minutes later your car arrives. Pros: At departures, time saving.

We were early, so had to circulate Heathrow T3 a couple of times but driver arrived bang on time. On return had to wait because the airport was so efficient with the baggage that we were out in 10 minutes. A further call to Purple Parking and they told us when the driver had left and the journey time, so arrived as predicted from that call. With a young family and all accompanying baggage, I would use the meet and greet service every time. For me convenience outweighs the extra cost. Pros: Convenience, no transfer from car park to terminal. Cons: Cost.

Fantastic service - well worth the extra money. Friendly yet professional. No waiting for transfers back & forth from the airport. Great 'doorstep' service. Thanks! Pros: No waiting for transfers to airport. Cons: Wasn't sure if we would arrive at airport at arranged time-or what would happen if we didn't.
