50/50 Mr Bueno, 27 Dec 07 Good service and very good value for your money. Staff are very professional. Will definitely recommend to my friends.

50/50 Miss Richmond, 07 Dec 07 I had no trouble in finding Purple Parking with the directions given. Bus was available as soon as I left my car, and again on my return trip only had to wait a couple of minutes for a bus. I would certainly use them again.
Pros: Great service.

45/50 Mr Young, 06 Dec 07 First thing is "a great job to everyone at Purple Parking". As soon as we arrived we were greeted like a person NOT A CUSTOMER,we was told where to go to get transfer, car was parked very close to transfer point, when we put baggage in transfer bus we were off to Heathrow within 10 mins (very efficient)we were dropped off right outside the terminal with no problems. I will be using this carpark in the future for sure with no hesitation.
Pros: Easy to find, NO HASSLE!!! when parking car & booking in,,

25/50 Mr Niven, 06 Dec 07 Luckily I knew where the car park was. Did not see many if any signs on the approach roads, which must be a problem for some clients. On return to LHR I and other clients had to wait for 30 minutes for coach pick up at Terminal 1. Just about all other companies had 3 visits before Purple Parking arrived!
Pros: Good value parking.
Cons: Not well signposted until close to parking area. Very poor pick up on return.

45/50 Mrs Moran, 24 Aug 07 Found Purple Parking easily, as directions were spot on. When going to the airport and coming back the pick up was very quick with very little waiting. The down side was that on coming home it was pouring with rain and although we only had to wait a few minutes, we were waiting at bus stop 5 where there is no shelter and we got soaked.
Pros: Really easy to find, no worries, pick up was quick.
Cons: Waited at bus stop 5 with no cover and it was pouring with rain.

40/50 Mr Keen, 23 Aug 07 Efficient, well organised, relatively secure (manned entrance barrier, exit by validated card) and relatively good value. Transfers were good. Waited 10 minutes on departure. Had to wait about 20 minutes on return. Some other car parks have made me wait much longer in the past. The car was ready when I got there and the transfer vehicle took me to it. Car was clean and undamaged. I would use them again.
Pros: Efficient, relatively good value.
Cons: Not most convenient if approaching from Kent or Surrey.

45/50 Mr Longman, 22 Aug 07 The price compared very favourably with other options. The directions to the site were easy to follow, and the whole procedure was extremely simple and convenient. On return, we were met promptly and delivered back to our car, which was parked ready to drive away. Very good service.
Pros: Easy booking, efficiently organised, easy to use and very convenient.

45/50 Mr Reed, 22 Aug 07 Arrived, parked car next to mini-bus. Couldn't fit on first bus but only waited 10-15 mins for the next. Short journey to airport. Pick-up within 15 mins around midnight and dropped off at our car. Very pleased with service and will definitely use again.
Pros: Cheap, good service, polite staff.
Cons: No shelter at pick up point.

35/50 Mrs Chase, 22 Aug 07 Only criticism was that we had to wait about 20 mins on our return after collecting our baggage and the coach collecting us did not have enough space for all the passengers who were waiting although I understand a second bus was not far behind. Thought exit admin was very good and quick.
Pros: Good value and efficient transfer to Heathrow.
Cons: Rather slow collection.

40/50 Mr Powell, 22 Aug 07 It was a bit of a "free for all" at the pickup point. One mother with Two small children said people had pushed in on the previous coach. Pick up point five was very exposed, both to the elements and traffic, but overall a good service.
Pros: Efficient service.
Cons: Pick up point exposed to the elements!

35/50 Mr Martin, 16 Aug 07 We have used Purple Parking on numerous occasions and just recently we've noticed that the waiting time to be picked up on our return has been unsatisfactory. The first time was nearly 1 hour and the second time was around 30 mins.
Pros: Secure parking, well organised on arrival, hassle free.
Cons: Too long a wait for collection on return.

50/50 Mr Miller, 11 Aug 07 Excellent value for money. On arrival shown where to park, right next to the mini bus stop. Toilets and inside waiting area. Within five minutes on our way to airport. Freephone on public telephone on arrival back , picked up in ten minutes, taken straight to our car. Very smooth transaction both ways. Will definitely use again. Cheapest I found on net.
Pros: Excellent directions, very prompt drop off and pick up.

10/50 Mr Smith, 10 Aug 07 I do not recommend Purple Parking. I waited 10 mins for a coach on arrival. After the driver arrived, the coach was found to have a flat battery and was dirty inside. The driver then drove very fast to T4 in order to keep the engine running. On pick-up from T4, I waited 45 mins for a return coach.
Cons: Dirty coach that had a flat battery. Waited 45 mins at T4 for a pick-up.

25/50 Mr Rupp, 10 Aug 07 All was well until the 50 minute wait for a bus to take us back to the Car Park. Myself and fellow travellers watched in envy as other companies did 3 or 4 pick-ups while we waited. For the sake of a few pounds I'd suggest using one of the alternatives. I will be doing so in future.
Pros: Cheapest.
Cons: Long wait for transfer upon return.

40/50 Mrs Dillane, 10 Aug 07 When we returned to Heathrow we rang before we collected our luggage and then made our way to bus stop 4 as asked. We then waited over half an hour for the bus which was not pleasant as the bus stop is next to the rubbish hold and it was a very hot day so you can imagine the smell. Other than this the experience was very good using Purple Parking.
Pros: Easy transfer.
Cons: Waiting for ride back.

50/50 Mrs Keating, 08 Aug 07 No room on coach going to terminal 1 so another driver offered to take us. He even stopped for a child who felt ill so that she could be sick. Great service - will be using company again in future.
Pros: No waiting around to be picked up; coach was really quick.
