Meet & Greet Option Arrive at the Airport terminal, unload your luggage and an official will safely park your car for you! On your return your car is delivered back to the terminal ready for a swift departure.

Car storage facilities: off-airport suitable

Arrival Procedure
A fully insured Star Parking driver will meet you on the departures level and will identify you by your car registration.

Departure Procedure
Once you have collected your luggage and cleared customs, call the free phone number provided to you at check-in and your car will be returned to the departure lane within 10-15 minutes for Terminals 1, 2 & 3 and within 20 minutes on the arrivals lane for Terminal 4.

Security at Star Parking
Cars are parked in a 24 hour secured compound with CCTV and electric gates.

Insurance
Fully comprehensive insurance is included in the cost

Mrs Jamieson, 06 Dec 07 The guy who met us was cheerful, friendly and very helpful, loaded and unloaded luggage without being asked and stating clear instructions about what to do on arrival back in the UK and having the car delivered back. It's a great service.
Pros: Friendly and efficient staff, helped with luggage loading and unloading.
Cons: The phone number to call when landing could be put in bright or larger print to identify it more quickly.

Mr Nixon, 08 Jan 07 I have used airport parking services before and had to park my car miles from the airport, and then get a shuttle bus to the airport. Paying a little more for the drop off and collection service was well worth the extra. It saved me both time and stress.
Pros: Much better having the car collected and returned at the airport. The driver was their on time on drop off and pick up.
Cons: The only issue is that due to the fact you cannot wait at the airport if you are early getting to the airport then you have to drive round a couple of times.

Miss Hayes, 04 Jan 07 The company was very accommodating. I ended up getting to the airport earlier than I expected, I rang them to ask if there was any way they could collect my car earlier and they came straight away. I rang them from the baggage reclaim on my return and it was there waiting for me! Truly excellent, it really took the stress out of getting to the airport. Would highly recommend them!

Mr Jopling, 27 Nov 06 Good customer relations. I was very late on arrival at LHR outbound and they were very helpful assuring they would cope with my late arrival and were there quickly to meet me. Drivers were very polite and cheerful. Many thanks.
Pros: Good customer care.

Mr Donaldson-badger, 30 Aug 06 Despite advertising a 24 hour service, Star Parking do not offer 24 hour collections or pick ups. Due to the security problems at Heathrow, I requested the car be collected one hour earlier than booked; I was very rudely told this wasn't possible and that they were not a 24 hour company, and I was very lucky that they were going to pick my car up at 0400. All in all disappointing customer service compared to other companies I have used. I would not use Star Parking again and will use Maple Manor for all my future requirements.
Pros: Drivers were punctual.
Cons: Not 24 hour service, not willing to change times.

Mr Mckenzie, 08 Jun 06 Heathrow is chaos, so dropping off my car and leaving for the holiday was a nice way to start. Meet and greet is the only way to start your holiday and is equally as cheap as arranging public transport.

Mr Tidmarsh, 08 Jun 06 Everything was fine. Tbe only slight quibble is that as pick up is in the drop off zone, one cannot wait for more than a couple of minutes for the rendez-vous. In our case, when outward bound we arrived about 15 minutes early and the driver was slightly late and we had to drive round and round the block until the driver arrived.
Pros: Convenience.

Dr Brice, 09 May 06 Very efficient service. I was also impressed with Star Parking's phone help line - I had a few queries and had to change a few times and they were very helpful.

Mr Hunt, 19 Apr 06 Star Parking were very good. Easy to book with, everything went to plan - I even telephoned from the car to say we were going to be half an hour early and they accommodated us. When we arrived back at Heathrow, we only waited a few minutes for our car. Couldn't fault the service. Will definitely use them again.
Pros: Efficient and reliable. Didn't have to wait for buses.
Cons: A bit more expensive than car parks, but worth the money.

Mrs Humphries, 11 Apr 06 Driver was late collecting our car on arrival at Heathrow. Upon return all I got was an answerphone on both land line and 0800 number and we had to wait 35 minutes for the driver to return with our car.

Mr Price, 13 Mar 06 Pros: Punctuality was the best part even at 8.30am during the rush hour the car was back with us 15 minutes after phoning.

Ms. Ellis-jones, 10 Mar 06 The driver was waiting for me at the time specified, was cheerful and professional. More impressively the driver rang me on my return, seeing that my flight had arrived but not having received my call, to check that everything was alright and to let me know where she'd be to meet me, and to alert me that, if she got moved on then she would be round again to that spot. Excellent service and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
Pros: No worries about security for the car; about carrying suitcases to and from parking areas; about times to and from parking areas.

Mr May, 13 Feb 06 The car was returned to me at the departures lane at terminal 1 with a flat tyre. The driver said she hadn't noticed it was flat, and consequently the drive from the parking area had ruined the tyre. Star Parking offered no help whatsoever, and I was left to change the wheel and it cost me £97 for a new tyre. I won't be using them again.
Pros: Collection and delivery was on time.
Cons: They returned the car with a flat tyre.

Mr Elias, 13 Jan 06 The service offered was simple and very effective. Although we arrived back into Heathrow an hour earlier than booked, we only had to wait 20 minutes for our car to be returned to us outside the terminal. I would definitely use this service again!!
Pros: No fuss, pull up at terminal and walk onto aircraft service.
Cons: Little flex in booking timings.

Mr Shah, 05 Sep 05 Great way to park at the airport if travelling with young children.
Pros: Overall ok. Nothing special.
Cons: If you arrive early they make you wait for a long time. Don't operate on the basis of ring 15 mins prioir to terminal building and a driver meets you on arrival.
