Arrival Procedure
On entry, take a ticket from the barrier and follow the signs to the open zone indicated.

Departure Procedure
Transfer buses are located outside the terminal on the upper forecourt. Check the bus information panel for details of bus stop number. Please tell the driver where you have parked e.g. Zone 1, bus stop 3. Out of hours, use the phone at the bus stop.

On exiting the car park, present your entry ticket at the customer service office near the exit and quote your booking reference number.

Transfers to Heathrow Airport
Courtesy coaches are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Please allow 15 minutes for transfer to terminal. Courtesy coaches are not suitable for large items of luggage.

Disabled Facilities
Parking bays for Blue Badge holders are situated near the entrance. Courtesy coaches have wheelchair access.

Park 1 Heathrow Directions

    • From the M4 at Junction 4 follow the signs to T4 and Long Stay & Business Parking.
    • Turn right onto Northern Perimeter Road and follow signs for Park 1.
    • Bear right and follow Newport Road one-way system around the fire station.
    • Take 3rd exit onto Northern Perimeter Road and Park 1 is immediately on the left.
    • From the M25 at Junction 14, following signs to the airport, take a left onto Western Perimeter Road.
    • Follow the road around to Northern Perimeter Road.
    • Continue past Business Parking T1, 2, 3 and bear left.
    • Continue to Newport Road junction.
    • Take the 3rd exit onto Northern Perimeter Road and Park 1 is on the left.
