Arrival Procedure
Simply report to the car park reception on arrival and present your confirmation email or booking reference number. You will be required to hand over your keys to the attendant, who will park your vehicle.
Departure Procedure
On your return, as soon as you've cleared customs, call the number provided in your confirmation email to arrange collection.
Transfers to Heathrow Airport
Transfers to Terminals 1, 2 and 3 via courtesy bus are provided by the car park. Transfers operate every 20 minutes and take approximately 15 minutes. You should, however, allow yourself plenty of time to check-in and transfer to the airport terminal.
Security at Park 4 Less Heathrow
Holders of the Park Mark ® Safer Parking award, initiated by the Association of Chief Police Officers, with CCTV monitoring system and personnel on site 24 hours a day.
