Q-Park Flyaway at Heathrow provides convenient, secure parking for business and leisure customers alike. Located off-airport, Qpark has has high security enclosures, full 24 hour surveillance and easy entry and exit parking arrangements. 6 min transfers to terminals 1-3 6 min transfers to terminal 4 that run every 15 minutes

Arrival Procedure
On arrival take your belongings out of your car and go to the Qpark reception to check in and handover keys in return for a receipt voucher. A condition report, mileage check and petrol check will be completed on your vehicle before its moved to the main compound. A courtesy bus will then take the customer to the terminals.

Departure Procedure
When you have cleared customs, call 0208 759 1567 giving your name and voucher number. Instructions will be given informing you of the bus stop number and its location to return to the car park. At the car park your keys will be handed back and your car will be waiting for you in the arrivals area.

Transfers to Heathrow Airport
A courtesy shuttle service runs to and from all Heathrow Airport Terminals. The service operates on demand with no more than a 10-15 minute wait 24 hours a day. Transfer takes approximately 6 minutes.

Security at Qpark Short stay
The site is fully secured with fencing, lighting, CCTV, controlled access barriers, 24hr security patrols and lifting ramps.

Insurance
The Car Parks accept responsibility for damage proved to be caused by their own negligence and are insured accordingly but will not normally accept responsibility for the acts of any Third Party. The conditions are exhibited on site and copies are available on request. Claims cannot be considered once you have collected your vehicle on your return and left the premises.

Meet & Greet Parking at Heathrow Airport
Qpark Short stay also operate QPark Flyaway - a convenient and exclusive way of parking your car at Gatwick. Arrive at the Heathrow Airport terminal, unload your luggage and an official will safely park your car for you! On your return your car is delivered back to the terminal ready for a swift departure.

• Please note the recommended Airline check in times are normally 2-3 hours prior to departure.
• It is your responsibility to check the condition of your car before you leave the car park. In the unlikely event the car has been damaged, claims can only be considered before you drive from the site.
• The company shall keep your vehicle at one of its Car Parks. The customer authorises the Company to drive the Vehicle within and between its Heathrow Sites.
• There is a height restriction at this car park of 2.15 metres, which includes roof racks and roof boxes.

Qpark Short stay Directions

• From M25: At junction 15, join the M4 to London. Then follow directions from M4
• From M4: Take M4 to junction 3.
• Follow A312 towards Hounslow/Feltham.
• At the Jolly Waggoner's roundabout, turn right onto A4 (Bath Road) towards Heathrow Terminals 1, 2 & 3.
• Q-Park Flyaway is approximately 0.6 of a mile down the A4 on the left. Look for the London borough of Hillingdon sign on the left and take the next left at Bunzl's.

Mr Stone, 08 Jun 07 Very professional appearance and attitude by everyone, new premises, very secure. Not your usual portacabin on wasteland. Will use whenever possible.
Pros: Easy to get to.

Mr Mcmorrin, 22 Feb 07 The first Mini bus driver seemed brusque & could have carried more people & bags, but seemed disinterested, leaving one party split so they & we had to wait for a completely empty bus. Apart from that, faultless service. Thanks.
Pros: Quick, efficient & friendly in almost all areas.
Cons: The pick up from the airport.

Mr Hooren, 23 Oct 06 Q Park made the journey with two children alot less stressful for us. When we arrived there was a bus to take us to the airport straight away, and on the return journey a bus was there within 5 minutes. When we arrived back, the car was parked and waiting to go. A really good service; would use again.
Pros: Great transfers, prompt, very good value for money, would use again.

Mr Heron, 07 Sep 06 There was confusion on where I would be picked up. I thought it would be where I was dropped off, but it wasn't and it wasn't explained to me correctly. Everything else was fine.

Mr Vaughan Mullins, 15 Jun 06 No issues with it at all. Turned up, parked and was on minibus in 5 minutes on way to terminal. Turned up on return journey exactly as requested.
Pros: Very quick, efficient and easy.
Cons: Cost.

Sam, 02 Mar 06 Overall, this parking was ideal - the customer service all the way through was fantastic. Finding the car park at 5am when you're still not awake was achieved more through luck than comprehensive directions - with a few minor changes to the directions, it would make finding the car park much easier. Transfers to and from airport were quick in terms of the bus arriving and the transfer to/from the airport. On our return it must have been a peak time, as some people were left waiting for another mini bus as the one that arrived was only an 8 seater, although the next minibus was only a minute or so behind. Overall would definitely recommend to others and would use again.
Pros: Short transfer time.
Cons: Poor signage to find car park; may wait longer during peak times.

Mr Batchelor, 25 Feb 06 Qpark was difficult to find, especially at night. The trip to the airport was fine. When we arrived back at Heathrow I rang at 9.00 pm and we were eventually picked up at 9.45 pm. Seats on the vans were taken on a first to get there basis no matter how long others had waited. Other companies seemed to have more regular pickups. I wouldn't use Qpark again!

Mr Hall, 25 Feb 06 I parked my car between Friday and Sunday (long weekend). The service was good and the staff very helpful and efficient. The only disappointment was that we waited for about 40 minutes for a minibus at the airport on the Sunday afteroon.
Pros: Friendly service and generally a good deal.
Cons: Long wait for the minibus at the airport.

Mr Hilton, 24 Feb 06 Close to the airport, but difficult to find in the dark (nearly missed the entrance!). There appears to be too few staff to handle arrivals/departures/phone calls simultaneously. Drivers seem to think that every passenger is going to want to listen to LOUD reggae/rap music for the duration of the transfer to the terminal! Despite phone call from arrival hall, car not fetched until actual check-in back at car park - another 10+ minutes unnecessary waiting. Cost was good (if you have to pay to park at an airport!) and would use again, but only because of price and location. Every other aspect of the service was extremely average at best.
Pros: Proximity to Terminals 1, 2 and 3. Cost.
Cons: Entrance badly lit, shabby office, insufficient admin staff.

Pros: Cheap, efficient.
Cons: A little further to drive, just off-airport.

Dr Borrows, 21 Feb 06 Staff had interfered with the car controls. I expect this with the seat adjustment, but not other controls. The heating was turned up full, the fan on full. The radio buttons had been reset.
Pros: Close, cheapish.
Cons: Not well signposted.

Mr Page, 13 Feb 06 I was very happy with my experience. The only slight negative is beyond your control due to the work going on at Heathrow, in that we had to walk from Terminal 3 to Terminal 2 to be picked up.
Pros: Very swift and efficient.

Carolyn Sample, 09 Feb 06 New signage was going up when I arrived, so no problem finding the site. Really like the ability to just drop car off at their reception and not have to hike around a car park looking for spaces and bus stops. Even better on return journey to be able to pick up my keys and drive away from their reception area. Will definitely use again.
Pros: Very close to the airport.
Cons: Had to phone a couple of times to get picked up from the airport as phone went to answer phone.

Cons: Pick up from terminal took longer than usual. Must have been over 20 mins.
