Arrival Procedure
Follow the signs for check-in and proceed through the car scanner area. You will be directed into the arrivals area by a Q-Park attendant. Take your belongings out of your car and go to the reception area to check-in and hand over your vehicle keys in return for a vehicle return voucher. Mileage and petrol checks will be completed on your vehicle before it is taken to the main compound. You will then be taken to the terminals via courtesy bus.
Departure Procedure
Upon your return, call 0208 990 1302 when you have cleared customs and give your name and voucher number. You will then be informed of the bus stop number and its location to return to the car park. At the car park, present your vehicle return voucher and your keys will be returned to you. Your car will be waiting in the returns area.
Transfer information
Transfers via courtesy bus are included and provided by the car park. Transfers to Terminals 1-4 take approximately 5-10 minutes, and transfers to Terminal 5 take approximately 15 minutes.

Security at Q-Park
- CCTV security cameras in operation at this car park.
- Car park is floodlit for added security.
- Car parking area is surrounded by high security fencing.
- Automated entry and exit barriers in operation with ticketing system.
- Security patrols are operated around the car park on a regular basis.
Insurance Details
Parking is always at the owner's own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of the car park, which are available at reception. A condition report is carried out on all vehicles upon arrival.
Vehicle restrictions
There is a height restriction of 2.15 metres, which includes roof racks and roof boxes.
Other Important Information
It is your responsibility to check the condition of your car before you leave the car park. In the unlikely event your car has been damaged, claims can only be considered before you drive off-site. All cars are parked on site, with the majority undercover.
