Follow the signs for check-in and proceed through the car scanner area. You will be directed into the arrivals area by a Q-Park attendant. Take your belongings out of your car and go to the reception area to check-in and hand over your vehicle keys in return for a vehicle return voucher. Mileage and petrol checks will be completed on your vehicle before it is taken to the main compound. You will then be taken to the terminals via courtesy bus.
Upon your return, call 0208 990 1302 when you have cleared customs and give your name and voucher number. You will then be informed of the bus stop number and its location to return to the car park. At the car park, present your vehicle return voucher and your keys will be returned to you. Your car will be waiting in the returns area.
Transfers via courtesy bus are included and provided by the car park. Transfers to Terminals 1-4 take approximately 5-10 minutes, and transfers to Terminal 5 take approximately 15 minutes.

Parking is always at the owner's own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of the car park, which are available at reception. A condition report is carried out on all vehicles upon arrival.
There is a height restriction of 2.15 metres, which includes roof racks and roof boxes.
It is your responsibility to check the condition of your car before you leave the car park. In the unlikely event your car has been damaged, claims can only be considered before you drive off-site. All cars are parked on site, with the majority undercover.

Very easy to locate, Quick and efficient transfers on both day's travel, hardly any waiting time. I really could not fault the service at all.
I have never used any car parking facility near Heathrow before but this one from my personal experience was very good. We arrived around 0300 on the day of departure and our cases were being put in a mini-bus ready to take us to Terminal 2 before we had finished checking in at their desk. Upon return 2 weeks later and ringing from customs and immigration the call was answered promptly and we were on a mini-bus back to the car park within 10 minutes. It is a shame that baggage claim at Terminal 2 wasn't as efficient as Q-Park in terms of the level of service offered. Easy to find coming in from the M4 direction. Gets a strong recommend from me.
All aspects of the process including initial booking, car drop off, airport transfers and finally picking up the car were simple and efficient. Staff were helpful and courteous and the car park itself is reassuringly secure
On arriving at the car park we were directed to a space and the keys were taken from us so a driver could park our car in the long stay car park. Our luggage was put into a mini bus along with us and we were driven to our airport terminal. A prompt start and collection at the end of our holiday meant we did not have any hassle or need to worry about the car.
Easy all round, check in, transfer to and from the airport and car collection. I will use them again.
We had to wait 40 mins for a mini bus to transfer us to the airport. Obviously unacceptable. The return journey was better. We would need to be sure that this would not happen again if we were to use you next time. The rest was good.
Quick efficent service, I was enticed by the price £85, the same as what we could have paid elsewhere by competitors standard onsite parking which don't provide a door to door service. The Driver helped us with our bags both loading on and off the vehicle.
Easy to find,and after booking in at reception walked straight onto Mini Bus and arrived at Terminal under 10 minutues later. Coming back the Mini Bus picked us up 2 Minutes after I made the phone call to them. I could not fault the service they offerred.And I would gladly use them next time.
We had to wait half an hour for our transfer to the airport due to Q park inadequate staffing levels (half of the drivers were off sick) which in turn delayed our check in and we were subsequently bumped off our flight. A very poor service
Service was good and drop off and p/up went smoothly. Only criticism is the instructions on how to get from M25 to Q-Park were a bit vague and not easy to follow unless you know the route well already. Found it eventually and expect to use Q-Park again in the future.
This is the best car park I've used so far , top indoor facilities , friendly staff, fair price. I'll use it again, no doubt.
Upon arrival at Q-park we were directed to a parking place, then to reception where the staff were helpful and friendly. A shuttle bus was already waiting to transport our family of seven plus luggage and we arrived directly outside departures at terminal 1 within 5-10 mins. On returning back to the UK, a quick phone call to Q-park and we were told where to wait for a shuttle to pick us up. We waited no longer than 10 mins at one of the bus stops outside arrivals. A friendly driver helped us load our luggage and we were back at the car park reception within 10 mins. Keys were handed back to us and our car was waiting in a convenient parking space for us to load up and drive straight off. It really couldn't have been more simple and stress free. We were very impressed with how secure the car park seemed - lighting, cctv cameras and perimeter fencing - and how efficient the staff seemed to be and would not hesitate to use Q-park again.
Great service with the exception of the driver picking us up from the airport on our return. He was rude & expected me to pick up my own case as he thought it may be heavy! Spoilt what would have been a great srvice.
Q Park was easy to find and absolutely no hassle to use. Our bus back from the airport arrived within minutes of us making the call.
On both our outward and inward journeys we were in Q - Park no longer than five minutes. All details had been completed online, they were expecting us and quickly had the family on the minibus for the short ride to Heathrow.
Q-Park Heathrow was very easy to find and close to the airport. Dropping off the car was simple and quick and transfer to the terminal very prompt. On return (admittedly early in the morning, so less traffic around) we only had a two-minute wait for the mini-bus, and had picked up our car and were on our way home within an hour of landing! We were very pleased with the service and would highly recommend Q-Park.
The directions were easy to understand. The car park was in an obvious situation, ie, every body knew where they were locally. Very professional service. No problems.
The car park is very secure and being covered is more comfortable. I was lucky and a bus turned up just as I exited the terminal. I doubt that would happen every time
This was the first time I had used Q-Park and I would happily recommend it to anyone. I found it to be very efficient and organised with friendly staff. Transport to and from the terminal was faultless and very quick. Having my car ready and waiting for me when I got back was very welcome after a long flight, as opposed to treking through the normal long stay car parks, trying to remember where on earth I had parked. The car park is undercover, safe and secure so nothing to worry about there either. All in all, an excellent service and one I will be using from now on.
Don't forget where you put the card they give you on arrival - the reference number is different to the one when you make the reservation
