Qpark Long stay Overview

This car park has now been replaced by the newly built Qpark Heathrow. Qpark Long stay can be easily reached from the M4. Transfers take around 20 minutes to and from Heathrow Airport. Cars are parked within the award winning secure compound. 20 min transfers to terminals 1-3 20 min transfers to terminal 4 that run every 30 minutes

Arrival Procedure
On arrival take your belongings out of your car and go to the Qpark reception to check in and handover keys in return for a receipt voucher. A condition report, mileage check and petrol check will be completed on your vehicle before its moved to the main compound. A courtesy bus will then take the customer to the terminals.

Departure Procedure
When you have cleared customs, call 0208 759 1567 giving your name and voucher number. Instructions will be given informing you of the bus stop number and its location to return to the car park. At the car park your keys will be handed back and your car will be waiting for you in the arrivals area.

Transfers to Heathrow Airport
A courtesy shuttle service runs to and from all Heathrow Airport Terminals. The service operates on demand with no more than a 10-15 minute wait 24 hours a day. Transfer takes approximately 6 minutes.

Security at Qpark Long stay
The site is fully secured with fencing, lighting, CCTV, controlled access barriers, 24hr security patrols and lifting ramps. What is the Park Mark award?

Insurance
The Car Parks accept responsibility for damage proved to be caused by their own negligence and are insured accordingly but will not normally accept responsibility for the acts of any Third Party. The conditions are exhibited on site and copies are available on request. Claims cannot be considered once you have collected your vehicle on your return and left the premises.

Q-Park Flyaway offers a valet service as well as MOT, petrol fill up and tyre replacement service.

Notes
Heathrow Qpark Long stay car park does not accept transit vans or mini buses. Trailer spaces are available at the cost of another parking space. There is a height restriction at this car park of 2.15 meters, which will include roof racks and roof boxes. Please note the recommended Airline check in times are normally 2-3 hours prior to departure. It is your responsibility to check the condition of your car before you leave the car park. In the unlikely event the car has been damaged claims can only be considered before you drive from the site. The company shall keep your vehicle at one of its Car Parks. The customer authorises the Company to drive the Vehicle within and between its Heathrow Sites.

Qpark Long stay Directions

• From M25: At junction 15, join the M4 to London. Then follow directions from M4.
• From M4: Leave the M4 at J3 and follow the A312 towards Hounslow/Feltham. At the Jolly Waggoners roundabout turn right onto A4 (Bath Road) towards Heathrow Terminals 1, 2 & 3. Q-Park Heathrow is approx 0.6 of a mile down the A4 on the left. Look for the London borough of Hillingdon sign on the left and take the next left at Bunzls.

Mr Read, 25 Oct 06 No problem finding the car park before travelling. Transfers to/from Terminal 1 comfortable, but need to phone on return causes delay - other operators seem to provide regular service. Briefing on how to return to the M25 would be helpful.
Pros: Friendly, helpful staff.
Cons: Difficult to find way back to M25 on return.

Mrs Matthews, 06 Sep 06 No waiting at all when we arrived at your carpark. The driver was extremely friendly and helpful. We only had to wait a short time on our return. The only problem seems to be other passengers who try to jump the queue!

Mr Turner, 06 Sep 06 No problems at all - the shuttle buses were very quick and frequent, with friendly staff, and the car was positioned for collection just a few steps away from the offices.
Pros: Very good value compared to other car parks at the time.
Cons: Perhaps slightly further from the airport than some others.

Mr Newton, 30 Aug 06 No problems at all with anything to do with Q Park. When we returned, we phoned them as we were clearing customs and there was a minibus waiting for us by the time we'd got to the stop. Our car was ready in the exact same condition we'd left it (filthy with a couple of dents) when we got back to the park. Excellent value for money.

Mr Pattison, 10 Jun 06 Despite calling before walking from T3 to T2, we had to wait ages for a bus, which was then packed. Similar on way out, we had to wait for ages for a van, nearly missed breakfast!
Pros: Fairly close to LHR.
Cons: Slow to pick up, buses are too small.

Mr Devassy, 10 Jun 06 It was so easy to book the parking space and it is a very secure and convenient place to park. A prompt transfer from the terminal. It is as simple as that.

Mr Clarke, 08 Jun 06 I was a bit dismayed that there were 14 extra miles on my vehicle when I picked it up. It had also to have been 'ruffed up' a bit on the inside as the gear knob cover had been lifted up, items under my seats pulled out, floor mats in a state of disarray..... Not too sure what happens to the cars whilst they are in Qpark's care but someone appears to be taking them for a spin !!!
Pros: Easy to use.

Mr Field, 08 Jun 06 Unfortunate that upon our arrival back at Heathrow, Q-Park had power outtage issues which meant no phone calls could be received and hence longer wait than anticipated for courtesy coach collection. Additional Valet services could be offered.
Pros: Cheap, secure parking, quick transfer.
Cons: No additional services offered i.e valet service. Poor collection service.

Mr Shahid, 12 May 06 Overall service provided was very good. Airport tranfer was good and I don't have to wait for the transfer. Only thing negative I will say was that directions to the car park were not clear. I find it difficult to locate the car park as I was driving from the North.
Pros: Good car park , Value for money.
Cons: Direction wasn't good, especially if you are not living in London.

Mr Porter, 04 May 06 The only real problem I had was having to walk all the way to T2, then only to find bus stop 8 was the very end and uncovered, which was not particularly pleasant after a 7 hour flight to have to stand, waiting over 25 minutes in the rain!!!
Pros: Good value, close to terminals.
Cons: T2 pick up and had to wait 25 mins for pick up.

Mr Holland, 24 Apr 06 The excellent service provided took the edge off a long and tiring day's travelling. With two young children in tow, we rang in our arrival and waited 10 minutes. We were driven to Q Park, where our car was parked ready to go. The whole thing worked like clockwork from start to finish. Thank you for a great service that we will definitely use again.
Pros: Excellent service that worked like clockwork.
Cons: The new Q Park site is not well signposted on the main road.

Mr Wilson, 18 Apr 06 The car park was well situated when approaching from the M25. When we arrived, the staff were polite, helpful and professional.
Pros: Price for the length of time was fair and reasonable.
Cons: Terminal 2 pick up at Heathrow was some distance from Terminal 3 where we landed.

Mr Warren-fisher, 12 Apr 06 Getting to the airport was made easy by the efficiency of the staff, which is what we wanted the most. We couldn't fault the service, but the only friendly face was behind the counter (where you hand your keys over)... it's a small thing, but we didn't find the drivers quite so jolly.
Pros: Easy and efficient.
