A budget alternative for off-airport parking at Heathrow with manned security and CCTV coverage operated by the TLC car parking group. 15 min transfers to terminals 1-3 15 min transfers to terminal 4 that run on demand

Arrival Procedure
Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your earliest recommended check-in time. Check in at reception on arrival handing in your booking voucher and keys.

Departure Procedure
After you have cleared customs and baggage reclaim please call the car park on the number given to you on arrival. The car park will send a transfer to collect you within 20 minutes.

Transfers to Heathrow Airport
Every 15 minutes to all 4 terminals. Please note: No transfers operate between midnight and 5am.

Disabled Facilities
The office at UB8 Parking is accessible to disabled people and the transfer is fully adapted to carry wheelchairs.

Security at UB8 Heathrow Parking
The site is manned 24 hours a day is fenced and has CCTV coverage

Insurance
Parking is subject to their terms and conditions which are clearly displayed in reception, a copy of which is available on request.

Notes
No mobile homes, lorries, caravans or trailers are permitted. PLEASE NOTE: No arrivals are accepted between midnight and 5am.

UB8 Heathrow Parking Directions

• FROM THE M25 - Exit at junction 15/4 onto M4, follow signs towards London Heathrow Airport.
• Exit at junction 4 and take the first exit signposted A408 Uxbridge.
• Follow the A408 through 3 sets of traffic lights, you are now on Stockley Road (Stockley By-Pass).
• Follow the A408 until you come to the first roundabout signed A408 Uxbridge/West Drayton, continue over this roundabout.
• At the second roundabout (Park View Road), continue over the roundabout for approx 150yds.
• TLC parking is located on the left hand side, turn left through large double gates, the car park is located opposite the Stockley Academy School.
• FROM LONDON M4 - Exit at junction 4 and take the third exit off the slip road.
• Follow signs to Uxbridge A408 (Stockley By-Pass) and follow the A408 through 3 sets of traffic lights, you are now in Stockley Road (Stockley By Pass).
• Follow the A408 and go straight on at the first roundabout and through the next set of traffic lights.
• At the 2nd roundabout signposted A408 Uxbridge/West Drayton, continue over the roundabout until you come to the 3rd roundabout signposted A408 Uxbridge/West Drayton (Park View Road).
• Continue over the roundabout for approx 150yds. UB8 Parking is located on the left hand side, turn left through the large double gates, the car park is located opposite the Stockley Academy School.

Mr B, 16 Apr 07 It worked fine. It's quite a long way from terminal 1, but the transfer was OK, even on the way back we only waited a few minutes to be picked up. The place looks awful and doesn't fill you with confidence. Staff were a bit grumpy at 7.00 am. Whatever the driver had been drinking the night before didn't smell too good at 7.00 am either. Bottom line - it worked and wasn't too expensive.
Pros: Less expensive than most other options. Hassle free.
Cons: When you first see the place you want to turn around and go somehwere else.

Mrs Street, 11 Apr 07 Car park was easy to find and the transfer bus was there ready and waiting and it was no trouble to hang on a couple of minutes while some friends joined us. Coming back the bus was with us within 10 minutes of calling and the gentleman driving was very helpful with directions back out of Uxbridge. My car was ready and waiting so I had no complaints at all.
Pros: Quick check in.
Cons: Not the easiest car park to find.

Mrs May, 10 Apr 07 I booked UB8 as a result of these reviews. I didn't find the directions difficult to follow at all. Facility is quite basic, but it looks secure and the reception staff and transport drivers are friendly. We were going from Terminal 4 and detoured to number 3 first, but it wasn't a problem - you should factor in at least 30 mins from arriving at the car park to getting to your terminal (prob longer at peak traffic times). Getting back the process was easy, the bus arrived within 15 mins of the call and we went directly back to the car park where the car was waiting. Pretty hassle-free and very cost-effective. I'd definitely use again - why spend more on parking than you have to?
Pros: Affordable parking.
Cons: Leave a little extra time to get to your terminal just in case the bus needs to detour.

Dr Crowe, 05 Apr 07 Parking area and location look very run down, but the service was very good and thorough especially ensuring that no damage occurred to the car while it was parked there. Transfer to airport was excellent, drivers and staff were very friendly throughout. Transfer from airport was a bit slow. I would use them again.
Pros: Friendly staff, good transfers to airport.
Cons: Entrance surface and surroundings were poor.

Mr Johnson, 04 Apr 07 My call from the airport was answered without delay & wait for transport was minimal. Best of all my car had been brought to the gate awaiting my collection, no hunting around. Thank you a professional well priced service. Recommended & will use again.

Mrs Rakhra, 07 Mar 07 UB8 is about a 15 minute ride to the aiport. The buses/coaches were comfortable and the Company staff seemed very organised. I would recommend without hesitation. We are going on holiday again in August 2007 and we will most certainly be parking here again (unless we find something cheaper!!)
Pros: Efficient service to and from airport, friendly staff.
Cons: Dodgy tarmac surface in the car park!

Mr Robertson, 06 Mar 07 Very nice, friendly staff at check-in, drivers in both directions - excellent. Phoned when cleared baggage etc and driver was pulling up as we arrived at the pick-up point, I was in my car 15 minutes after coming out of airport building - good value for money.
Pros: Friendly, close to terminals, fast pick-up.
Cons: Dont use the toilets.

Mr Boardman, 22 Feb 07 The drivers were really helpful, pointing out where to meet them when we returned. When we returned we left the airport then doubled back when the driver was informed another family had just arrived. He was certainly quick. Would always advise taking a spare set of keys with you, just in case. But all in all, thumbs up! Good job!
Pros: Friendly Service, Great VFM.
Cons: We're talking off road getting into the car park as the road needs a re-surface ...

Mr C, 22 Feb 07 Overall, you get what you paid for. By comparison, UB8 was the cheapest, and the shuttle service was great. The road in to the car park is poor, and there did not seem to be a lot of lighting for security at night. The staff there are pleasent, but the office stinks of cigarettes.
Pros: Convenient and cheap (by comparison).
Cons: The road in is terrible and pot holed on the way in. Not a lot of lighting. Office stinks of cigarettes.

Mrs Foster, 21 Feb 07 When we arrived we were a bit nervous, car parking area was not what we were expecting and did not appear particularly secure. However the staff were really friendly. Paper work was simple to fill in and took no more than 1 minute. Coach was waiting to take us straight to the airport, we did not have to wait for any other passengers before leaving. On our return to Heathrow we phoned up UB8 and literally waited no more than 2 minutes for the coach to arrive to pick us up. Drop off and pick up was at the same bus stop so was easy to find on our return. When we got back to the parking area our car was parked outside the reception for us and we were ready to go. Good value for money, very little waiting around for transfers!
Pros: Transfers were really quick, staff very friendly.
Cons: Parking is a rough surface in what looks like a builders yard.

Miss Ashfield, 21 Feb 07 I have used off site parking on numerous occasions and in the past have had a few bad experiences with my car being damaged when I have returned to collect it. UB8 didn't damage the car, which as far as I'm concerned is a massive plus, no need to argue with staff over responsibility or liability! A good end to the holiday rather than the nightmare I have had in the past. The staff were courteous and efficient despite the numbers of customers that were clambering for their attention and all had a smile and were cheerful and attentive. It's not the easiest place to find, but the directions they supply were good, and if you drive past as we did, there is a roundabout within 20 metres so you can turn and go back. It doesn't look as plush or professional as some of the places I have used, but at the end of the day, UB8 gave excellent service and as I said before, they didn't damage the car! The location is close to the airport and we didn't have to spend ages on a bus between transfers. I think that as they are smaller than some of the companies I have used in the past, they take more pride and care in their work. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for parking at Heathrow and will be using them the next time I travel from there.
Pros: The staff were really great, they helped with luggage, were extremely friendly and co-operative.
Cons: Had a bit of a wait on arrival for the bus to take us back to UB8... only the time it takes to smoke 2 cigarettes, so you work out if that's too long!!

Mr Wright, 05 Feb 07 I have parked with UB8 parking several times now and they are very reliable and helpful. I do not normally like going to Healthrow airport but they have made life better for starting and finishing my trips. I will therefore continue to use them in the future.
Pros: Good value, friendly staff, quick transfer, reliable bookings, safe parking.
Cons: Needs repairs on entry road of parking.

Miss Wise, 08 Jan 07 The staff were very helpful, we got stuck in traffic, a journey that should of taken an hour took us three!! The staff booked us in quickly and got us to the airport very quickly. When we returned they collected us within minutes of the call. Would recommend using them. Staff friendly!
Pros: Not far from the airport.

Mr Glynn, 05 Jan 07 I found it annoying that I was told that if I phoned before I got through customs that I would be charged a £10 penalty fare and then was made to wait 30 minutes for a pick-up. When our driver arrived, he parked in the middle of the car park rather than under the sheltered bay and waited for us to load our baggage in the pouring rain as he waited in his nice warm cab!
Cons: Waiting for 30 mins for pick-up.

Mr Pearson, 05 Jan 07 We had difficulty in locating the car park, although the weather was fine and the traffic light; the entrance was like going into a scrap yard, which did not inspire confidence for security. On our return we had to wait over 40 mins. For our transfer from Terminal 1.
Pros: It was the cheapest option.
Cons: Difficult to find; unclear entrance signs; long delay for transfer from terminal.

Mr Briggs, 05 Jan 07 I agree with earlier comments that the entrance is rather potholed but as it's only 50 yards it is not really an issue. The sign in process takes only a few minutes and the minibus was ready and waiting for us. Transfer time to terminal was as promised no more than 15 minutes. On return, we contacted UB8 as requested and the minibus again was at the pre-arranged spot inside 20 minutes. A somewhat spirited drive returned us to UB8 where the cars for all on board were already lined up ready to go. All in all, I would have no hesitation in using this car park for Heathrow again.
Pros: Cheaper than other options.
