On arrival, take a ticket at the entrance barrier and park your car in an available space. The airport terminal is within walking distance of the Long Stay Car Park. Please note: You are advised to drop any passengers and luggage off at the terminal building before continuing to Liverpool On-airport Long Stay car park.
Hand in your booking confirmation and entry ticket to the attendant at the kiosk on the left of the exit barriers. Important: Please do not use the pay on foot machines at the terminal.
Liverpool on-airport parking is within walking distance of the airport terminal building so no transfers are operated.
Badge holders can use specially allocated spaces which are close to the terminal
Parking is at owner's own risk, subject to the Terms and Conditions of the airport authority.
No trailers are allowed. Oversize vehicles will be charged according to number of bays used.
Your voucher is valid in both Long-stay car parks (1 and 2).

By making this booking you agree that on exiting the car park you will pay any additional car parking charges (whether incurred as a consequence of parking in the 'Pick up & Drop off' car park or by parking in the Long Stay Car Park beyond the prepaid period) and that Liverpool John Lennon Airport will deduct such additional charges from your Debit or Credit Card in accordance with the published rates.

Takes a very short time to park your car and enter the terminal. Even without the card to which you have pre paid with, you have a second option of a reference number. Every time I have used this facility, I haven't experienced any problems and even though the car park has been extrememly full, I have always managed to find a space.
it was the first time i had used this service and was completely happy with the whole experience, i would reccommended to others.
Great facility which we use every time. Good value for money, and very easy to book, park up and leave with no hassle at all.
leave plenty of time to find a parking space. as they can be few and far between. other than that perfect!
As long as it's not raining this is a good car park not too far from the airport and much better value than Manchester.
Car Parking facilities at Liverpoll are very poor and frustrating experience. It is a long walk from any of the long term car parks with luggage and no transfer facilities available. The Pick-Up and Drop Off area is a joke! Having to go into a car park and then out again is rediculous. The Secuirty Staff on entering Liverpool airport are bad mannered, arrogant and generally illiterate, which creates an even greater possibility of customer dissatisfaction after 30 seconds of dealing with them. To say the Airport and parking arrangements in general need a shake up is an understatement, and If other choices were available I most certainly would not travel via Liverpool airport.
easy to off load pasengers and then round to parking area took time not many spaces in normal parking, then had to go to over flow parking which made a long walk back to airport taking about 10 mins over all well pleased
signing to disabled parking a bit muddled due to work being done. Nothing signing where to get voucher so disabled badge could be taken abroad. Long distance from parking to get voucher
Car Park 1 was full so had to use car park 2 which is in an opposite direction from the airport roundabout. We were a little unsure if Carpark 2 was included in our booking, in the end it was so it turned out OK. Was a 5 minute brisk walk.
A no worries service for booking online. Just put the card you booked with in the entry and exit gates for speed. The ervice could be improved if you were provided with a reserved parking space with the service.
Really enjoy the on airport parking at Liverpool as it is all very easy and with only a very short walk to the terminal.
very helpful when I arrived-very late for my flight. lost the ticket to get out but this was no problem.
Parking attendant had to redirect me to the correct entrance explaining that if i'd swiped my card in the entry point where i found myself i'd likely be charged over and above the pre payment i'd already made.
don't forget to go to the ticket cabin before you go for your car as they have changed the exit system. it's now a one way circuit
The parking machine was broke so we couldnt enter using our credit card as proof of payment but were given a ticket anyway. On our return we sorted this out very quickly with the man at the kiosk, no problems.
I have used this facility before and its great. Parked just across the road from the terminal, walked in (although it was very busy in the car park), and straight through. Same when I came back.
We were disappointed that we were unable to drive to the exit pay booth but had to walk from the car after depositing the luggage. We were unaware of this procedure.
not enough disabled spaces. the info on booking says take ticket to office on left of barrier, but from some zones, eg. H there is an extra barrier necessitating the driver to leave vehicle and walk to central area to have ticket validated, perhaps the instructions could be amended to reflect this point and then customers could have ticket validated before the trek to zone H and beyond!!

The only available spaces in the Long Stay car park where at the furthest point in the overflow section of the car park, so it was approx 10 min walk to the terminal. Thankfully it wasn't raining and i didn't have heavy luggage. On departure you have to leave the terminal and go to a booth at the Short Stay car park to validate your ticket for the exit barrier and then walk all the way back to the long stay car park!! Bit of a nuisance but guess would use it again.
