Courtesy buses run to and from the airport on demand.

Cars are parked at their owner's risk. Skypark accepts no liability for loss or damage unless and to the extent it is proved to be caused by the negligence of Skypark.
Cars with a trailer or larger vehicles that occupy more than a single parking bay will be charged for an additional parking space.

When you get back off holiday after traveling most of the day it was good just to walk just 100mts out of the Terminal make on phone call and, 10 minutes later you are in the car heading home.
Your being so close to the airport is a great advantage. If I fly from Liverpool again, I will cerytainly use your services.
The second time i have used this facility and company and I do not give second chances if the first time service is not good. There will be a third time, the staff are freindly, efficient and punctual (especially important when arriving back in uk on a cold wet night after a week in the sun) The location and proximity to Liverpool airport is also favourable. By far the most important from my perspective is that I return to my vehicle which is ready for me and in exactly the condition in which i left it in their hands.
Safe and comfortable transport to and from the parking lot to the airport. All staff were helpful, friendly and polite (even at 3am!). Good value for money and no fuss when we had to amend our booking.

Very close to Liverpool Airport and cheaper that the main airport car park. Would use again if I couldn't find anywhere cheaper.
I was very pleased with the price and service - excellent. Incidentally, John Lennon airport is not a patch on Newcastle Gazza airport
I was impressed with the ease of transfer to the airport. Not only was it on demand (maximum wait 5 mins) it was also very quick to the airport. I had difficulties finding it initially as you have to drive past it on the dual carriage way before you can actually access it.
when i pay to leave my car with a parking company, I expect the parking to be secure. it appears that Skypark park cars anywhere on the estate. A large sign outside their offices says that they do not accept any responsibility for loss or damage .....
Very good directions to the car park. I dropped the car off to very friendly staff who even parked it for me my biggest worry was parking in a huge car park. Then taken by mini bus to the airport about 5 mins. I phoned to be picked up on my return was back in my car in 5 mins and on my way home. Could not fault the service given would definately use sky park again.
The dropping off of the car and the transfer to the airport was swift the staff were courtious without being arkward I.e.Sir do you have your airline tickets and your passport before we take you to the airport?.On return we phoned and were met within minutes and upon proof were given the keys to our car and went on our journey home "to be recomended".
Quick & efficient service, although we did not think the 'finding' instructions were helpful. Returning service was also good but it would have been appreciated to have the luggage unloaded as well as loaded at that late time.
As a first time user of this facility I found the whole experience fine and better than I thought. The biggest advantage was not having to wait too long for the bus to arrive to collect after a long journey.
Close to airport, transfers on demand. Car was in one piece and had clearly been kept inside while I was away. Staff made a few personal comments I felt were not appropriate. Would use again though as they were cheap and the car was ok.
The car had an additional 34 miles on the clock, so where and how was this clocked up? This represents some £5 worth of fuel to add to the cost of parking. Would not therefore, on this basis, use this facility again
The website said allow 45 minutes for transfer to airport. I could have walked it to the airport in less time pulling my case. Other than this, using this car park was an excellent experience.

I have used skypark befor it is so easy than parking else where you ring when you clear customs and they are there waiting for you. ps i would recommend.
Booked on line for 2 weeks April 08 - easy to find from instructions provided. Situated a few minutes from the airport. Quick transfer to and from airport. Would definately use again
