On entering the car park please push the HELP/INTERCOM button at the barrier. (DO NOT press the button for a ticket.) When an operator answers tell them you have pre-booked, give them your reference number and the barrier will be lifted remotely.
On exit push the help/intercom button at the barrier and give the operator your booking reference.
This car park is suitable for disabled passengers however there are no passenger lifts.
Height restriction at this car park is 6' 3" (1.90m).
Cost is calculated for 24 hour periods only. Time starts from time of entry at the car park. Any hours over the 24 hour periods booked will be charged locally at the car park.

Entered and parked the car ok. Unfortunately when I returned to the car park after my business in town no one was available at the front office to help me. I had taken the paperwork & reference from the online booking to see how to actually leave the car park. I waited approx 20-30 minutes at the front office but no one came. There was a notice to say they were doing their rounds but it did not help me. I paid an additional £5 in the machine to validate the card I got when entering the first time and used it to leave the car park.
