Call Central car parking on your approach to Luton Airport to confirm your arrival time with the Meet and Greet attendant, who will meet you outside the terminal building at the drop-off point. Telephone number supplied in confirmation email.

Mrs Booth, 19 Dec 07 We used the Luton Airport Meet & Greet service. It was absolutely brilliant. The driver was waiting to collect the car when we arrived and on our return the wait was minimal. This is the quickest service we have ever used. 5*****
Pros: No waiting at airport.

Mrs Harvey, 08 Mar 07 Very easy and straightforward, the drivers were punctual and very helpful. Good to have a freephone number for calling on arrival, saved scrabbling around for loose change when mobile phone battery had run out!
Pros: Ideal with 2 small children and baggage.
Cons: Cost.

Mr Havens, 23 Aug 06 My family and I find that using the meet and greet service is really convenient as we are a family of 5 and therefore have a lot of luggage, as well as two sets of golf clubs and a tennis bag when travelling. This is so much easier than having to park up in a carpark and then get a bus to the terminal. Well worth the few pounds extra.

Mr Franklin, 21 Aug 06 Due to security, the staff were unable to drop the car off outside the airport for the meet and greet service which I had booked. However, they had arranged for a driver to meet us in the short term car park (1 minute walk) and take us to our car in their parking lot. Very good service under the circumstances.

Mrs Burridge, 11 Aug 06 The drivers were really helpful. eg when we arrived the airport was very busy so the driver had chosen a sensible layby where he flagged us down, saving us from queing up at the set down point. Have used chauffer service before and this was as good as any. Didn't have to wait at all. Lovely.

Mr Phippen, 03 Aug 06 I cannot do anything than say how brilliant this service is. We were met within seconds of our arrival at the airport by someone who knew exactly what they were doing - what a simple and efficient way of arranging parking. On our return we landed at 9.50 and by 10.30 we had collected our luggage, cleared customs and were leaving the airport in the comfort of our own car. Brilliant! Thank you - I'll never park anywhere else.
Pros: The ability to drive to the airport, step out of the car and fly away, and on our return have the car brought to us without delay - simply brilliant.

Mr Hines, 26 Jul 06 The difference between parking your own car and getting a shuttle to the terminal and the Meet and Greet that we had was well worth the difference in payment. I would advise anyone who has not tried it please do as it saves a lot of hassle.

Mrs Simpson, 23 Jun 06 The service was really good. The only thing I would suggest is calling them just before you enter the car park complex as otherwise you have to wait 5 or 10 minutes for them to arrive.
Pros: If you're running late - you don't have to waste time parking.

A friendly member of staff took our car away and when returning and calling the office while collecting our luggage the car was waiting for us in the car park. Definitely worth the £73.00 as travelling with a small child, buggies and extra luggage the hassle was taken out of the situation. Highly recommended company - will use again.

Mr Lerway-day, 19 Jun 06 I booked the meet and greet service with Central Car Storage and was very pleased with the punctuality of the staff. The driver picked up my car within 10 minutes from phoning and 5 minutes from phoning on my return. Overall, great service.
Pros: Efficient service.
