Arrival Procedure
On arrival at Alpha Car parking please report to reception and present your confirmation slip or quote your Booking Reference Number.

Departure Procedure
Upon clearing customs please call Alpha Car Storage on 01582 401 504, they will then arrange to meet you at the airport.

Transfers to Luton Airport
Free transfers run on demand 24 hours a day taking only 2-3 minutes to reach the terminal.

Security at Alpha car parking
Alpha parking has CCTV and is manned 24-hours a day.

Notes
There is no minimum or maximum size, but if the vehicle is larger then 1 normal car park space then please book the amount of spaces to safely store your vehicle. For your convenience the reception area has a live screen showing the arrival and departure times of flights at London Luton Airport.

Alpha car parking Directions

• Directions From M1, Junction 10
• At the end of the M1 slip road you'll come to a large roundabout
• Take the second exit sign posted to Luton Airport
• At the next roundabout go straight across
• Next roundabout turn left, into Kimpton Road, Vauxhall Motors is on your right and Car showroom is on the left
• Pass a row of shops, over the bridge and take first turn on left, opposite Hayward Tyler
• Directions from A1
• Come off the A1 and follow the signs for Hitchin and Luton. Once you are through Hitchin there is a dual carriageway that runs for about 4 miles and will bring you into Luton. At the end of the dual carriageway you will come across a large roundabout. Take the 2nd exit and continue on the dual carriageway passing the Fire Station on your left.
• You will now approach another roundabout. Take the 1st exit left, continue down this road going straight over 2 roundabouts. On approaching the 3rd roundabout, you will see a Vauxhall Dealership. Take the 3rd exit, keeping the Vauxhall Dealership on your left, continue down this road going straight over a mini roundabout and a row of shops on your left.
• As the road bends around to the left there is a huge factory on your right called Hayward Tyler. Slow down as the entrance is very tight and is opposite Hayward Tyler, underneath the big advertising billboard. You will see a large red office through the fence in front of you.

Mr Enskajt, 12 Mar 07 Efficient staff, we booked in and were away within 10 minutes. Our only complaint was on our return, we collected our luggage, had a cup of tea and then phoned Alpha parking to be picked up. They said they would be 5 minutes, but we waited at least 20 minutes, Wouldn't have minded if it wasn't absolutely freezing (we arrived back to snow and freezing temperatures)!
Pros: 5 minutes from airport.

Mr Burgess, 23 Feb 07 Our experience was good. We waited approx 5 mins after booking in at the carpark office to be taken to the airport. On arrival back we made a phone call to Alpha and were told the transport was on its way. We were collected within approx 5 mins by a very pleasant young man and delivered safely back to our car, which had been positioned in a very convenient spot ready for us to load our luggage and depart. Would use this company again.
Pros: Convenient position to airport, friendly staff, prompt pick up on arrival.
Cons: If weather wet, nowhere to shelter while waiting to be taken to airport.

Mr Dixon, 21 Feb 07 Slight hiccup, which may have been self-inflicted, was following the directions to site. Think we must have turned off one roundabout too soon. However, with building descriptions we were able to correct without going back on ourselves.
Pros: Value for money; friendly and efficient service; you get delivered to departure door with no long trolley trundle form airport carparks.
Cons: Directions may need clarification.

Mr Green, 19 Feb 07 Mostly fine but it took more than half an hour to get through by phone on our return, the only offering as to why was "we're very busy". When you are tired after a long day, slicker service would be very welcome.

Miss North, 12 Feb 07 This service is great and we would definitely use them again. The booking was easy and confirmation prompt. On the day of our flight we got lost trying to find Alpha but that was probably our own fault. When we did find them the driver/receptionist was friendly and polite and we left for the airport almost immediately. My only concern was that he appeared to be manning the operation alone and left the gate wide open(it had a big sign saying to be closed at all times). The airport was only two minutes away. On our return we phoned ahead and by the time we arrived he was outside ready and waiting. Not only this our car had been defrosted for us too and he didnt mind filling our water bottle for the journey home! We drove away discussing how good the service had been. Excellent!

Mr Robb, 03 Jan 07 First time we have used Alpha car parking and they didn't fail to comply with times of transfer and pick up. Car secured and collected. Can't fault them, excellent service.

Mrs Harvey, 28 Dec 06 Very close to Luton Airport so transfer was really quick. Plus this is still a fairly small operation so they take you as soon as you arrive and come and pick you up as soon as you ring to say you're ready. Much better than having to wait for a bus from one of the bigger, more distant car parks and it was cheaper too!
Pros: Really helpful, friendly staff.
Cons: One of the minibuses was in need of some TLC.

Les Martin, 16 Dec 06 A very simple, easy & cheap way to park your car and get to Luton airport. Literally 5 minutes from the car park to the drop off at Luton airport - no messing about and the car waiting and ready to go when we got back. We will certainly use this service again when we next use Luton.
Pros: Very quick and easy to find - transfers and pickup very prompt.

Mr Neale, 15 Nov 06 I located Alpha car parking through the internet, and was very pleased with the instructions of direction, the service to and from the airport, and price. Personnel very courteous and helpful. Well done, Alpha. Keep up the good work.
Pros: Very well explained for directions from Kent; tip top service.
Cons: The only down side: we waited for about 15-20 minutes to be picked up from the airport. Obviously we had just missed the mini bus. Perhaps more than one is needed, other than that no complaints.

Miss Francis, 20 Sep 06 The service was excellent. Everything about the procedure ran smoothly and we felt confident that our car was in good hands. We were transferred quickly to the airport and picked up on our return within 10 minutes of phoning Alpha. Our car was ready and waiting for us at the front gate with the key handed over immediately. I rate Alpha 10 out of 10 and will definitely use them again next time I'm parking at Luton airport.

Miss Freeland, 06 Sep 06 I think out of peak season this is a good service but location and collection look budget and the prices are not, having said that it was one of the most speedy drop off and collections I have had.
Pros: Speedy drop off and collection.
Cons: Location and pick up vehicle not fantastic.

Mrs Henderson, 15 Aug 06 I would really recommend this car park. I can't fault them. I have used car parks all over the place, but this has to be the best. Drop off and pick up very efficient. Okay, the mini bus not brand new, but it does the job. I found the staff very friendly and helpful. I was delayed coming back and there was no fuss made. Instead, I was greeted with big smiles. What a lovely lot! Will be back again on my next trip.
