Arrival Procedure
Report to Central car parking reception on arrival and present your booking confirmation. Please allow 30 minutes for check-in and transfer to the airport terminal.

Departure Procedure
Upon clearing customs freephone Central Car parking on 0800 2985899 using the Arrival Hall telephones to arrange a transfer back to the car park. Proceed to the "Drop off and Collection Point" to meet the transfer bus.

Free transfers run on demand 24 hours a day taking only 5 minutes to reach the terminal.

Disabled Facilities
Easy access into the office, car park officials can also accompany you to the airport in your own car and meet you on your return. Arrange times before arrival.

Central Car Storage parking has CCTV, 15 foot high Security Fencing and is manned 24-hours a day.

Luton Central car parking Directions

From M1, Junction 10:
• If coming from the south, come off and go up slip road. At the top of slip road, take the second exit and come down large slip road (10a).
• If coming from the north, come up slip road and take first exit down long slip road (10a).
• At the bottom, at large roundabout, take the second exit, signposted for the airport.
• Go along the dual carriageway, get in the right-hand lane as you're approaching the roundabout and go straight across.
• At the second roundabout turn left, passing a Vauxhall showroom on your left, straight over the roundabout and past a row of shops on your left.
• Go over the railway bridge and take the first left.
• Go down the service road and the Central Car Storage gates are on the left.

If gates are closed, please wait for them to open fully as they are electrically operated.

From A505 Hitchin and A1 Motorway:
• At the main roundabout for London Luton Airport, instead of turning left into Airport, turn right into Kimpton Road.
• You will pass Vauxhall Motors on your right and a showroom on the left.
• Go past a row of shops, over a bridge, and take the first turn on the left, opposite Hayward Tyler.

Mr Geoge, 28 Mar 08 Staff is great, good dealing and service..only I faced the problem to find the place...my sat nav taken me more forward. i would sugest the BOARD need to be more visible place..

Mr Pedreno, 27 Mar 08 Very efficient on all points. I didn't have to wait either at the arrival nor when I came back because in both cases the transfer bus did wait for me.
Pros: The cheapest park, so close to the airport.

Mr Cree, 26 Mar 08 We arrived back in a heavy rainstorm. We took our baggage from the mini bus to load our car. As we had several items esp golf clubs my son put a small bag on the wall by the office rather than on the wet ground. And he forgot it. As soon as we realised this at home we phoned the office. They had spotted the bag, taken it out the rain and were very helpful when we phoned. We retrived the bag that evening and because of the help from the staff just managed to get back via the M1 before it was closed for road works which would have added hours to the journey. Excellent service!

Mr Neal, 08 Mar 07 It was so easy and fast. As soon as we dropped our motor off we were in the van on route to the airport. We had a friendly driver and it took us less than 5 minutes to get to the airport. Thanks alot.

Miss Briggs, 31 Jan 07 I was very very impressed with the service, the guys running the place really did care. Upon my return, they even took the trouble to explain that a road nearby was closed and gave me directions as to the best way back home. Would use them again without a doubt.

Mrs Geraghty, 31 Jan 07 A small complaint, but because of all the rain while we were away, there were a lot of large puddles to negotiate. Apart from that, they were fast and efficient and waiting for us when we got to the pick-up point.

Mr Barnes, 29 Jan 07 Drop off was quick and easy and pick-up was even better. My car was waiting for me, warmed up and running. I was delayed by a day on my return and the overcharge fee was a reasonable £6.00. Staff were very friendly too.
Pros: Quick and easy. Reasonable cost compared to others. Close enough to the terminal.

Ms Bayliss, 26 Jan 07 Staff were expecting me on arrival, took 2mins to drop off keys and confirm flight/dates. Took 10 mins from driving into car park to arriving at airport. On return they immediately answered my call for collection, and arrived as I was leaving the terminal. Again, 10 mins from pick up to collecting my car and driving out of car park. Why can't all car park services be as fast, efficent and friendly as this???

Mr Winter, 26 Jan 07 A very efficient service. Staff helpful and friendly. Buses available immediately and there was no overcrowding. Drivers helped with luggage. No complaints at all. I would certainly use these services again.

Mr Beagley, 24 Nov 06 I have been a 'professional' traveller for 18 years and have used all the airports and airport car parks in the Southeast repeatedly, I have never had a better experience than with Central Car Parking at Luton airport. They even had the car warmed up, ready and waiting when we returned form our trip, very welcome on a cold and damp evening in Luton!

Mr Coleman-winter, 24 Nov 06 On arrival the bus was waiting to transfer us to the airport. Sub 10 minute transfer time was excellent and being able to use the children's carseats both directions more than welcome. Overall, an excellent service that I will be using again. Shame they dont have facilities at the other Airports I use.
Pros: Use of personal child seats a bonus.
