Arrival Procedure
On arrival follow the GOLD airport car park signs for Short term parking. At the entry barrier take a ticket and park your car. Keep your ticket for validation upon your return.

Departure Procedure
On your return please take your ticket and booking confirmation to the NCP Customer Services desk and your ticket will be validated for exit. Please ensure you validate your ticket BEFORE leaving the terminal. The car park validation desk is situated immediately as you exit the arrivals hall into the area where the car hire desks are situated.

Miss Mundy, 01 Feb 07 Easy, quick, good location close to terminal. Pre-book as it is much cheaper.
Pros: Very close to the terminal, walking distance.

Dr Treacher, 29 Jan 07 Very convenient, though not 100% obvious when booking exactly where you need to go. Also, despite the instructions I didn't ever need to present my credit card. It is a little pricey, but if your company is paying then absolutely the best way to go, especially if its a red-eye flight.
Pros: Very close to terminal, very easy to use.
Cons: A little pricey.

Mrs Fisher, 20 Dec 06 We found the carpark very convenient to get to and very close to the terminal building. We arrived at 3am and parked with ease. Good lighting and only 5mins to terminal building. Would use it again.
Pros: Well signposted and easy to get to. Very close to the terminal building.
Cons: More covered walkways would be good.

Mr Lockyer, 15 Dec 06 The Car Park is yards from the terminal and there are plenty of spaces, even on a Saturday. Yes it is more expensive than the off site parking, but is well worth the extra to save the inconvenience of waiting for transfer buses. I used this parking last year and will in future visits to Luton.
Pros: It's on the doorstep - no waiting for shuttles - good value for money.

Mr Howells, 14 Dec 06 A very positive experience all round. The short stay car park was so easy and quick to walk into the terminal from that there was not waiting for a bus or delay in transfer. The car park staff were also very helpful when our flight did not appear on the departures board and let us know where we should go to find out more. All in all a very positive experience indeed - but if you book online, don't lose your booking reference number! I thought I had and struggled through pockets to find it, which I did fortunately.
Pros: Short stay, very convenient.
Cons: Slightly expensive but worth it because it was so easy.

Mr Tanna, 10 Dec 06 It was easy to find and very close to terminal, only a 3 min walk. The car park is big so there were lots of spaces to park as well and there were no problems at all. Getting the ticket validated was easy and quick as well, again no problems. Definitely would recommend using it.
Pros: Very close to terminal and easy to find.
Cons: A little expensive.

Mrs Hinsley, 01 Dec 06 I was travelling alone with two children, so parked in short stay carpark. This was fab; very close to terminal, well lit and safe. Excellent!!! I would definitely use again.
Pros: Very close to terminal. Great when travelling with kids.

Mr Marshall, 30 Nov 06 The short term car park is very close to the terminal building, so no waiting for buses - the walk to to bus stop takes you a third of the way to the car park anyway!

Mrs Marshall, 29 Oct 06 The directions to the car park were spot on. There were even staff on the entry barrier to assist. Very close to terminal building so you didn't even need to get on a bus, and the kiosk for validation of tickets on return was easy to locate. We were served immediately and on our way home within minutes. GREAT!
Pros: Easy to find, easy access to terminal building, easy to validate ticket on return for exit.

Mr Michael Theodorou, 06 Oct 06 Easy to book online. Helpdesk very friendly. A nice smile coming in from the rain. Only took seconds to validate the ticket. I will definitely be using Simply Parking again.
Pros: Nice to get into your own car for your journey home.

Ms Savill, 01 Oct 06 Good directions from website. Get to car park, directed where to park by staff. 3 minute walk to terminal. Returning, no queue at NCP desk, handed over confirmation e-mail, ticket validated within seconds. In car within 5 minutes.
Pros: Did not have to use bus.

Dr Slater, 22 Sep 06 It would help if there were signs pointing to free parking spaces. As there are no transfers it would be useful to have airport trolleys nearby and to ensure the surface is appropriate for their usage.
Pros: Vicinity of the terminal, no transfers.
Cons: Parking attendants spoke little English, it was difficult to push the trolley on gravelled surface.

Miss House, 10 Aug 06 It was easy to find the short term parking but once parked there was no real walkway or signage directing me to the airport. Also the desk inside was not that visible. Apart from that it was very good.
Pros: Close to airport.
Cons: No signage as to where to walk to terminal.

Miss Zinyama, 03 Aug 06 I parked in the short stay car park over the weekend (2 nights). The car park is a 2min walk to the airport, which is handy if you have a bit of luggage. I got my ticket and it clearly stated that if you have pre-paid at the end of your journey just go to the NCP customer service. When i returned i did that and they just asked for my reference number that i had written down. then they took my ticket scanned it and that was it , I was able to leave the car park. although i arrived an hour before the time i had booked it at they were fine to not charge me the extra. £36 for a short stay car park space. BARGAIN!!!
Pros: Excellent, so straight forward, service was great.

Miss Gould, 28 Jul 06 Car park is easy to locate and very close to the terminal, so avoids getting a bus to the airport. The only slight down side is that you have to pull your case to the terminal but it's not too far - it's only a problem if your case is as heavy as mine!!
Pros: Very convenient as it is very close to the terminal.
Cons: Have to drag your case from the car park, but it's not too far.

Miss Gillespie, 27 Jul 06 The surfacing of the car park where we were located was not completed, so not great if you are in heels with a trolley!! The lighting could have been a bit better. Otherwise great, as very short walk to terminal.
Pros: Easy walk to terminal.
Cons: General signs to airport were poor. Lighting could have been better.
