Also known as Pink Parking at Luton Airport, this secure on-airport car park offers high perimeter fencing, CCTV and frequent transfers to the terminal with staff on hand 24 hours a day. 5 min transfers to terminal that run every 10 minutes

Arrival Procedure
Drive up to the entry barrier and press the button for a ticket. Enter the parking compound and park in an available parking space as directed.

Departure Procedure
Go to the NCP customer service desk within the terminal building. Present your car park entry ticket and booking confirmation and this will be validated to enable you to exit the parking compound.

Transfers to Luton Airport
There is a regular courtesy bus to the terminal.

Disabled Facilities
Disabled drivers are allowed to park in the short stay car park near the terminal.

Security at Luton Airport Pink Long term parking
The car park has high perimeter fencing, CCTV and is manned 24 hours a day.

Notes
Trailers are accepted, but 2 spaces are charged.

Will, 21 Feb 07 The car park, transfers and location are good. However, there are currently a number of roads closed in the area due to roadworks, the sign posting is poor and we took an extra 10 minutes to find the car park even though we were only less than 5 minutes away.
Pros: Close and convenient for the airport.
Cons: The sign posting is poor, mainly due to the current roadworks .

Mrs Henshaw, 02 Nov 06 Waited no time at all for bus to and from airport, which is normally the most frustrating thing about airport parking. Would have preferred it if my payment over the internet was enough to validate my parking, though, as having to queue at the kiosk after a long trip was a bit much.
Pros: Fast transfers.
Cons: Having to get ticket validated at kiosk before leaving airport.

Mrs Matthews, 01 Nov 06 Luton Long Term Parking - Pink - very easy to find and use. I liked the fact that i could find my own parking space and did not have to leave the keys with anyone. The wait for the courtesy bus was only 2 few minutes to go to the terminal and was the same on the return journey.
Pros: On airport parking - convenient.
Cons: Expensive compared to off airport parking.

M Deery, 31 Oct 06 Although it was more expensive than other off site car parks it was worth the extra money for the quick transfer to the terminal building, especially with an early morning flight. It was a simple to use and efficient service, which we will definitely use again.
Pros: Quick transfer to terminal building.
Cons: More expensive than other car parking off site.

Mr Southam, 30 Oct 06 Carpark easy to find, bus came within 10 mins and took less than five to get to the terminal. Slightly longer wait on the return, but we did just miss a bus as we came out of the terminal. Would probably use the service again if parking at Luton Airport.
Pros: Quick(ish) and cheap(ish)

Eric Windsor, 30 Oct 06 As a regular user, I chose long term parking in place of cheaper alternatives. This time (Oct 13 to 24 daytime)I waited over 30 minutes for the bus to the parking. At the price now being charged, transfer frequency has to be good or else other alternatives (taxi to airport or cheaper off airport parking) become attractive.
Pros: Easy to find near airport, usually regular and quite frequent coaches to and from parking/airport, secure parking off airport.
Cons: While usually good, transport from airport to park can be up to 30 minutes: at this frequency value for money is more doubtful.

Mrs Wheeler, 13 Oct 06 I felt that there wasn't enough buses going from the airport to the carpark, we were waiting more than 15 mins and ended up getting a taxi to the carpark.

Mrs Berrill, 05 Oct 06 Service was very good.....pick up coach was quick....pre booking was a great advantage. The staff in the airport were polite and helpful. The only downfall was waiting for the coach to go back to the car park.
Pros: Ease of service.
Cons: Having to wait around for coach in the middle of the night...approx 30 mins.

Mr Sibley, 04 Oct 06 Arrived at 4.30am it was easy to park, easy to get to airport, on return it was quick & easy to pay, get back to car & finally very easy to exit parking. Good experience!

Mr Hawkins, 05 Sep 06 I found the car park easy to find, but I think the area in which you park your car could be more highlighted so as not to forget when you come back to it.

Mr Williams, 18 Aug 06 It was easy to find, and the whole parking, getting a ticket, getting to Luton airport was quick and efficient. When I returned it took me just 15 mins between getting my baggage and being in the car on the road home. Very happy.
Pros: Staff in the airport payment section were extremely helpful and friendly.
Cons: Not enough security at the car park, need more tv cameras to put off potential thieves.

Ms Wilson, 15 Jun 06 Slightly more expensive than the cheapest park (£6.00 to be exact), but worth the difference. Rapid pick up, even at 04.00am, clean bus, quick transfer, prompt response to error made in original booking.
Pros: Really close to the airport and no length of time to wait. Well signposted too!!
Cons: A tad more expensive.

Mr Smith, 14 Jun 06 A superb facility, which initially appears a little more expensive than other car parks but transpires to be excellent value for money and so easy and straightforward to use. I will be using this again and again !

Mrs Renshaw, 14 Jun 06 The only real disappointment was that the machines in the car park are out of use, so we had to get our ticket validated in the terminal before leaving the airport. This took time and was done by one of the most discourteous people I have ever come across. Car park itself was fine and bus service was better than we have experienced elsewhere.
Pros: Good bus service, first time I've ever had a seat on a shuttle bus!
Cons: Gravel surface very unfriendly for pushchairs.

Mr M, 13 Jun 06 Convenient location, well lit, car park staff were in evidence (but not required). Pre-booking with entry by credit card excellent.
Pros: Convenient, credit card payment at barrier, fair price.
Cons: Access road via industrial estate.
