Airparks Gold Overview

Meet & Greet Option Arrive at the Airport terminal, unload your luggage and an official will safely park your car for you! On your return your car is delivered back to the terminal ready for a swift departure.

Car storage facilities: off-airport suitable

Arrival Procedure
A fully-insured, uniformed member of Airparks' staff will meet you at your departure terminal and park your vehicle for you in a secure compound for the duration of your booking. Your driver will be wearing an Airparks jacket with nametag, and will be looking out for your vehicle.

The chauffeur will be at the airport 15 minutes before your designated arrival time and will wait 15 minutes after your arrival time. If you are running early or late please call 0161 436 3691 as soon as possible and they will endeavour to get a chauffeur to you on your arrival.

If you have not given us the terminal information at the time of booking, please call 0161 436 3691 at least 24 hours before arrival to reconfirm.

Departure Procedure
On return call 0161 499 7393 when collecting the baggage and the car will be brought to the designated terminal (On arrival you will be given a numbered car receipt, which will contain precise handover instructions for your return).

Disabled Facilities
This option is suitable for disabled travellers.

Security at Airparks Gold Meet and Greet
Your car is stored at Airparks Gold which holds the AA Gold Secure Award with 24hr security checks by guards and dogs, full security barriers and CCTV in operation.

Insurance
Airparks Gold professional drivers are fully insured to drive your car.

Notes
Unable to accept motorbikes or trailers. The Meet and Greet service is not available to any vehicles that are used under a Hackney Carrage or Private Hire license. PRIOR TO DAY OF TRAVEL - It is essential that you phone or fax Airparks with any changes to your travel plans so that the driver will be there to meet you. Contact details are included on email confirmation.

Airparks Gold Meet and Greet Directions

The following are arrival directions:

• Terminal 1: On arrival at the airport, please follow the signs for Terminal 1 departures. Following the ramp up into the Multi Storey car park. Unload your luggage and passengers at Level 5 (departures entrance floor) and proceed up to Level 13 the roof top of the Multi Storey car park where our chauffeur (who will be wearing a blue jacket with a fluorescent orange "High Visibility" waistcoat) will meet you by the entrance to the lifts.
• Terminal 2: On arrival at the airport, please follow the signs for Terminal 2 departures. Unload your luggage and passengers at departure level in the drop off area (just passed the second set of departure doors on the left). Proceed to the end of the departures lane and turn right into the Multi Storey Car park, taking the ramp down to the lower area (Level C), turn right at the bottom of the ramp and our chauffeur (who will be wearing a blue jacket with a fluorescent orange "High Visibility" waistcoat) will meet you there.
• Terminal 3: On arrival at the airport, please follow the signs for Terminal 3 departures. On the approach to the terminal, at the 1st mini roundabout, take the 3rd exit to the right, into the Multi Storey Car Park and proceed up to Level 5 the roof top of the car park. At the top of the ramp to Level 5, turn left and drive along to the very end, where your chauffeur (who will be wearing a blue jacket with a fluorescent orange "High Visibility" waistcoat) will meet you.

The following are departure directions

• Terminal 1: Take the lift from the terminal back up to Level 12 and the chauffeur will return your vehicle to you by the lift doors.
• Terminal 2: Make your way out of the departure doors and cross to lane 3. The chaffeur will return your vehcilce to you outside of the Budget Car Rental offices.
• Terminal 3: Make your way out of the departure doors and cross over to the car rental offices. Make your way through the doors into the Multistorey car park and our chauffeur will return your vehicle to you there.

Mrs Wass, 19 Mar 07 Excellent service. I was delayed in traffic and rang to say I would be late, and they were still their to meet me. On return, I phoned when I cleared customs and they were there within 5 mins. Will use this service again.
Pros: As a single traveller, its great not having to wander about trying to find your car.

Found every body really helpful, from booking the meet and greet to having my car delivered to me as soon as i rang, an excellent service, which i will use again in the future, thank you to all those helpful human people.
Pros: Foolproof directions and polite helpfull staff.

The Naylors, 23 Oct 06 The service was excellent from the minute we made the first contact with them to the moment that they handed back our car. Both drivers were pleasant and helpful. We had a minimal wait. We would highly recommend them. Cheaper for us than a taxi both ways and only 10 pounds dearer than park and ride. Excellent - well done Q-park!
Pros: No having to hang around waiting for the bus to go from the car park, and drop off very close to the entrance.

Mr Lightfoot, 09 Oct 06 The relief of being able to drop your car at the airport door and having it delivered to you on your return cannot be underestimated. Never again will I suffer the offsite parking bus!
Pros: Courteous and efficient.

Mr Sinclair, 26 Jan 06 We arrived about 25mins before stated departure time (good traffic etc). We rang Carminder and they got someone there as soon as possible, but i still had to wait with the car for around 15 mins. Obviously this was no fault of Carminder, but perhaps a greater degree of flexibilty would be worth thinking about. On arriving back the car was outside in a matter of minutes after clearing Customs. Overall very good & I will definately use again.
Pros: No waiting for buses or need to carry luggage. Quick & easy.
Cons: More expensive & when departing you need to time it accurately.

Pros: Waiting for us on arrival (15 minutes early). Car delivered within 10 minutes on return.
