To terminal experience was fine, return was dire: Courtesy phone constantly engaged; Coach arrived after 45 mins, was the wrong one (wasn't going to our area). Staff on correct coach were surly and unhelpful. We were dropped off in zone A, but car was in zone H, so long walk in rain with 3 suitcases. We would neither recommend nor use this service again.

I was slightly apprehensive about booking a long stay, but I did not need to worry. Carpark was easy to find and customer service was excellent. I would definitely use this company again on my next holiday.Pros: Distance to airport and on demand pick up.

Lovely friendly staff on the morning we arrived, coach arrived at the bus stop to take us to the airport almost immediately but others were already waiting. Had to wait around 15 mins for coach on return and driver was rather grumpy. Make sure you note down the carpark and section you parked in. Sounds obvious I know, but makes life easier on return. I saved our location as a text on my mobile. Made life very easy - and no arguments about where you parked the car!! Careful if you are wearing open toe shoes! All in all, very happy with service, would use again. Happy holidays!!Pros: Friendly, helpful staff, very close to the airport so quick transfer. Cons: Parking surface could be better.

Very efficient staff, tremendously convenient location. Easy parking, well signed all through. The kind of parking that lets you think about other things. Well done Q-Park Flyaway.Pros: Quick easy access to airport. Cons: Rough gravel on car park, puddled with rain on our return, difficult to pick our way through without getting feet wet.

Surface of car park was dotted with pot holes, one of which was that deep that my car actually ground out and scraped the front bumper, definately not designed for anything other than 4x4 vehicles.Pros: Very near to airport, cheap. Cons: Parking surface.

We had to wait at least half an hour for a bus to take us to the airport and also the same on our return. Two buses for Manchester Premier Parking passed us whilst waiting for one bus for Carminder. Won't be using them again.Pros: Near airport. Cons: Poor service.

Good location - very near to the airport. Quick transfers both ways. Our car was a long way from the drop off bus stop on the car parking site, but the staff there gave us a lift over to it in their mini bus, so that was really good.

Easy to get to and find. Parking surface poor - put on your wellies when bad weather is around!!Pros: Good value; staff very helpful. Cons: Poor parking surface.

I have used various different parking services at Manchester and am afraid this is the only one I would not use again. You arrive at the car park only to have to then go to another one to park your car. You have to park your car and then walk back to find a bus. On the return journey I called as I was told to and was told the bus would be 5 mins, it arrived 40 minutes later. Not the best, I am afraid - try one of the others. (Just used APH Manchester and they were excellent).Pros: It was relatively cheap. Cons: Poor service - had to wait 40 mins for the bus to collect me from the airport.

Customer Service could see car from window and were expecting us therefore greeting in office to check in was personal, as in "Hello, Mrs Ferguson" All paperwork was ready to take away. Since low season had to drive back round the corner to overspill car park, which was being used instead of main car park (the very muddy one - but it had been snowing). Only waited a couple of minutes for bus to arrive and transfer approx 10 mins, as also needed to drop off at the other 2 terminals. Good that no pick-ups were made en route. Have used Carminder before and would use again.Cons: Very muddy car park.

Add time onto travelling in case you just miss a coach transfer. Parking spaces can be tight.Pros: Brilliant - better than taxi service.

Overall pleased with the service provided and will use again. Pick ups were in time and telephone service on arrival was accurate and precise. Only negative I could come up with is the state of the car park - pot holes and stones. Had to lift my heavy case quite a way as was unable to use the wheels.

We have used Carminder any many occasions with no problems at all in the past, transfers normally being very eficient. But on this occasion we had to wait after parking up in the east park 20 minutes before transfer stood out in the very cold conditions. On return again a further wait of 25 minutes stood out in the cold at Terminal 1.

I found staff to be helpful and courteous on the phone and in person. Only down side was the surface of the car park. This could cause some serious damage, especially at night. Other than that it is very close to the airport and therefore just a short ride. The driver was helpful with the luggage.Pros: Value, nearby, helpful driver. Cons: Poor carpark surface needs levelling or tarmac.

I always use Carminder due to its close location to airport and the very quick transfers to and from terminals.Pros: Excellent location to terminals. Cons: Could do with resurfacing in places.

The Carpark was in a terrible condition with deep pot holes and MUD everywhere. On retrieval the car was covered with mud both inside and out (the latter from mud on shoes walking back to collect car).Pros: Close to airport. Cons: Bad condition and poor service.
