Arrival Procedure
At the barrier, insert the same credit/debit card used to make the booking into the ticket (card) slot on the barrier control panel. This will confirm your booking and the barrier will raise automatically. Please remember to remove your credit card before proceeding to park your vehicle. PLEASE NOTE: Failure to use the correct card may result in additional charges (the last 4 digits of the card used will be shown on your confirmation).

At the barrier, if you do not have the card used to make the booking, press the help button at the entrance, quote your reference number and follow the instructions provided by the operator.

At peak times, your keys may be taken and your vehicle parked for you.

Departure Procedure
When exiting the car park, insert the same credit/debit card used to make the booking into the ticket (card) slot and the barrier will raise automatically. If you do not have the credit card on your return, at the exit barrier press the help button and again follow instructions from the operator - have your airport booking confirmation with the reference number readily available.

Access to and from the terminals is via the covered walkway.

Disabled parking areas are located near the lifts.

Mr Bradley, 31 Dec 07 We were only going to Ireland for two nights, so the cost was less than a taxi both ways, and the multi storey was very convenient. Would prove too expensive for long stay.
Pros: Very convenient for late check in and quick getaway on return.
Cons: Slightly more expensive than offsite parking.

Mr Slater, 04 Oct 06 The parking was easy to find -clean, efficient, with plenty of spaces. The exit system was very quick due to pre-booking, with good access on to motorway system.
Pros: Good access for entrance and exit. Safe and secure. Hassle free.
Cons: The most expensive parking but worth the extra cost.

Mrs Robinson, 31 Aug 06 It may be a bit dearer, but is worth every penny. No hanging around for transfers as it's right opposite the terminal (2).
Pros: Right opposite the terminal; really convenient for late night arrival.

Mr Halliday, 18 Aug 06 As we pulled into the multi-storey car park we didn't know if it was the right one! It said 'SHORT STAY CARPARK' and we were there for 8 days. There was no one to advise us if we were indeed in the right place, we asked the airport staff but they didn't know, but we were in the right place and when we came home we drove to the gate, pressed the help button, quoted our booking ref and they let us out... no problem. Henry.
Pros: Very handy for the terminal.
Cons: Confusion over if it was the right place.

Mr Morris, 11 Jul 06 I had read all the other comments before setting off but I still felt as though I was in the wrong place. Saying that, once I had confirmed it was correct this is in my opinion the best method of parking for the airport. It is quick and easy. I would recommend it and I will be using it again.
Pros: Very simple method, easy to use & quick.
Cons: Wondering if you are in the right place.

Mrs Scott, 10 Jun 06 Would definitely use again. The weekend rate was attractive and for ease of use it was excellent. Very convenient for departure and arrival back late at night. Saved lots of time compared with waiting for coaches and transfers. Most definitely worth the extra.
Pros: Very convenient location.
Cons: A little more expensive than off airport parking.

Mr Bulman, 11 May 06 Very convenient and good value compared with standard short term prices. Would use again on a short break rather than waiting for transfer buses, etc. Would like to see assurance before parking that these BCP deals were recognised by the exit staff.
Pros: Near terminal, no transfer vehicle required, easy to get in/out.
Cons: Lift wasn't working on way there. Was nervous that would get to barrier and staff would not recognise my ref no.

N Malone, 21 Feb 06 Hassle-free parking, easy access to airport terminal, 2 minutes walk away. Have used other carparking, which is off the airport terminal and involves coaches to pick you up - this is a much better option, as you're straight in and out...no waiting. Would definitely use again.
Pros: No hassle getting to or from airport from carpark; 2 mins walk.

Mrs Stuart, 10 Feb 06 Very easy to order. Fast efficient service. No delay leaving. No security issues. My husband isn't a morning person, so on an early flight it was so quick and easy just to park and go! I will definitely use it again!
Pros: Very direct. Simple walk straight into terminal. Easy check out.
Cons: Rather cramped spaces.

Mrs Cording, 09 Feb 06 We booked the car parking on the internet, which was extremely easy. Took a ticket, parked the car. When we returned from the trip the car was safe, and it was very easy at the exit to just give your reference number, and out you go.
Pros: Such great service. All went very smoothly.

Mr Rushton, 29 Jan 06 When we arrived at the airport we were not sure if we were at the right place. We were looking for something with the name of the parking company that we used. We parked in the multi-storey and hoped for the best. However, when it came time to leave we were in the right place and it was very quick leaving, which is what you want after a flight. Just some confirmation that you're in the right place would be good.
Pros: Quick and easy to get out.
Cons: It is not obvious that you are in the correct car park.

B I, 27 Jan 06 No waiting for shuttles etc is just so convenient! The weekend rate isn't too bad for when you need to get away for a few days. You'd probably be in a rush to get to the airport, and also to get home/work on your return.
Pros: Handy, right next to terminal.
Cons: More expensive than off-site car parks.

Pros: It enabled us to make a speedy exit, particularly as our flight was delayed by almost two hours.
Cons: I thought that £20.00 would have been a better price for one day since it costs the same for three days.
