45/50 Mr Titley, 18 Dec 07 Very clear directions, and a pleasant welcome, although we were early. Able to wait inside out of the cold but not much room when others arrived. Good transfer. Return - very little waiting time and friendly help with luggage. Car ready and waiting on return.
Pros: Quick, reliable transfers.
Cons: Limited indoor waiting area.

50/50 Mr Thomson, 07 Sep 06 The service was absolutely fine. We travelled on Sunday and there was no traffic either way. The transfer coaches seem to take a back route to Manchester airport, which would probably not be affected anyway. When we arrived back, the coach took a few minutes to arrive but it was not really very long and, frankly, I have often waited longer for the coach to the airport long term.

40/50 Miss Schwodler, 04 Sep 06 Was very cheap and worked fine for us. On the way home had to wait a while but it was fine. Brilliant value.
Pros: Cheap, friendly staff.
Cons: Had to wait a while on the transfer home.

45/50 Mr Flynn, 14 Jun 06 Driver on return journey appeared to have had a bad day and seemed quite miserable, in total contrast to driver on outward journey who was the life and soul of the party, still I suppose we are all human.
Pros: Easy to find, quick service.

45/50 Ms Armistead, 14 Jun 06 I can't fault the service and it represents great value for money. My only comment is that it was further away from the airport than I expected.
Pros: Cheap and cheerful.
Cons: Further from airport than expected.

25/50 Mrs Dale, 06 Jun 06 Probably worth spending a little extra for better proximity to the airport.
Pros: Pick up on return was prompt.
Cons: Transfer to/from airport was long winded.

50/50 Mrs Darkin, 21 Feb 06 I fly from Manchester Airport at least twice a year for my holidays as flights are cheaper and more choice from Manchester compared to Cardiff. Previously I have used the Airport Parking facility which is very expensive. In future I shall be booking with your company as the price was right. The transfers from the depot to the airport and back took no longer than the transfer within the airport to their car parks.
Pros: Easy to find and half the airport charge.

40/50 Mr Challinor, 19 Jan 06 Easy enough to find with the directions, and didnt have to wait long for mini bus. Would use them again and the price is superb for one week. Thanks.
Pros: Cheap and very quick service to and from airport.

50/50 Mrs Rollason, 17 Jan 06 We arrived early, we had mixed up our departure times and needed to go an hour earlier, no problem. Our flight was delayed, horribly!! Again no problem. We were picked up in 10 minutes, our car was waiting for us. Wonderful service!
Pros: Cheap, friendly, quick.

45/50 Mr Thomas, 16 Jan 06 The staff were friendly and helpful. Our car had been defrosted and warmed when we arrived home on a cold January evening. Great!

50/50 Mr Gamble, 22 Dec 05 The staff were really friendly and helpful. The turnround was very quick and efficient.
Pros: Great price, friendly staff.
Cons: A bit far away from airport, though we had no problems, rush hour could cause problems.

45/50 Mr Townson, 21 Dec 05 I work on the basis that you can always pay for what you get, but when the provider exceeds the expectation for what you pay, eg Ryanair, they have to be commended. I would use and recommend the website and Autostrong's. Thanks.
Pros: It does what is says on the tin at a great price.

20/50 Mrs Pass, 12 Dec 05 On arrival the woman on the counter was rather unfriendly. We were told to get on one minibus and as we were loading our luggage we were told to move to another one. On our homecoming the driver of the minibus was rather unsociable. He never spoke when picking up luggage, during the journey or when unloading luggage. Had much better service from other companies.
Pros: Quick pick up from airport.
Cons: Staff with bad attitudes.

45/50 Mr Atkinson, 12 Dec 05 When my car would not start (flat battery) the staff were very helpful and we were soon on our way home.
Pros: Pick up at airport good service/ efficient staff at park.
Cons: Traffic in altrincham a problem/ my car was parked in a dark area.

45/50 Mr Lock, 12 Dec 05 We arrived back on a cold frosty night, car was waiting defrosted and warmed up waiting to just drive away. Well done. transfers good and would use this service again.
Pros: Good value for money.

40/50 Mrs Langford, 06 Dec 05 Autostrong is great value for money. There is never any waiting for transfers from the car park to the airport, and when being picked up they tend to be speedy and efficient in comparison to other car parks we have used at Manchester.
Pros: Excellent value for money - can't be beaten.
Cons: Distance of facility from airport can cause some delays in transfers especially at rush hour.
