The plane was delayed coming back home, but the car was still waiting for us when we arrived, really impressed, very pleasant and polite staff, also helpful on the phone. Pros: Saved time and energy, made the whole parking issue no problem.

First time we used the meet n greet service and definitely won't be the last!! The service is 1st class, and for us definitely beats messing around with mini buses/airport transfers when you have a little one and buggy in tow!!

Chauffeured parking certainly eased the strain of the arrival procedure and I will certainly be using it again. Pros: Great not having to worry about the time it takes to get to and from the car park as used chaffeured parking for the first time. Cons: Difficult to time the arrival accurately to meet the chaffeur.

It is such a positive benefit, when you don't know the airport, and when on a business trip and time is very tight, it makes the whole event that much less stressful. The chap at the airport was exceedingly courteous.

The chauffeur arrived dead on time when we arrived and we were driving home within half an hour of landing on our return instead of hanging around waiting for a transfer bus and being driven out to the middle of nowhere! - the car was sat waiting for us right outside the arrivals hall - brilliant! Pros: Driving home within half an hour of landing!!

I have tried all kinds of car parking including on site, off site, hotels and this is the best by far and at no extra cost. Pros: Easy, fast, cannot get any closer to the check in desk or the arrivals area.

A slight delay leaving the UK, however still far quicker than going to a car park and busing it to the Airport. On our return, they actually phoned us on our mobile while we were waiting for our luggage to tell us that the driver and car were outside which they were. Pros: Fast and easy.

On arrival no one was there. I rang and after 15 mins someone came. The front tyre was flat and the staff pointed out a garage. The air pump didnt work and the tyre was to flat to move. He obvioulsy drove it to the airport flat. I paid extra to accomodate a late arrival and unfortunately received poor service. Pros: Arrival was spot on. Cons: No one to meet us for 15 mins. Flat nearside front tyre which had obviously been driven to the airport like that and no assistance to repair it . With a 22 month old at 23.30 hours it was poor.

First time I have used meet & greet and it was an excellent service, saving quite a bit of time. Especially good on return when all you want to do is get home as soon as possible. Pros: Ease of use. Cons: Need to be there at specified time.

Booking good, collection good, delivery back very poor 45 minutes late, as we were expecting no wait we were left in our clothes we traveled in from a country in the 30's to be left at the airport at 23.45 for 45 min's at 10 deg. Pros: Direct to terminal, no transfers to outer parking. Cons: Lateness.

Arrived at Airport early phoned 30 mins before arrival to advise that we would get there early but chauffer didn't turn up early as expected. He wasn't wearing any sort of uniform and was very short with me, saying that "if I was going to be funny" he wanted to do a full inspection of the car that made me even later getting to check in. He also said he never got the message to arrive early. He also didn't bring a trolly with him. Pros: Departing from Airport excellent.

We were very impressed with the service at the airport and will not only use it again but would recommend it to others. Our only complaint was a breakdown in communication with the booking service who did not pass on relevant details when we booked in a second car. Had we not been contacted over a change in timings we would not have known and there would have been no-one to receive our car. Pros: Efficiency of service, time saving, no hassle when arriving tired after a long flight.

A pleasure to deal with the company's staff on departure & arrival. A smooth way to begin a holiday & ease you into the return home. Would recommend Chauffeured Parking Services wholeheartedly. Pros: Hassle free on outward & return journeys. Cons: Need to arrive at an exact time, but only a small inconvenience.

In theory service what you need when flying away. Unload luggage at Departures doorway, and straight to check-in. Upon return, car parked just outside arrivals. Convenient and efficient, and saves on waiting, loading and unloading of luggage to remote car parks, etc. but spoilt by no staff to meet us on departure, although we did arrive at specified time, had to wait over 25 minutes. However, overall would use this, or similar service, again. Pros: Car taken at Departures area of Manchester Airport, and waiting at Arrivals upon return so no need for waiting and transport to remote car parks. Cons: No-one there when arrived, had to phone for assistance, and waited over 25 mins.

Flagged me down as I arrived at Terminal 2. There within 3-minutes of my arrival back. Doesn't get any better than that! Pros: Very efficient. Very pleasant staff.

A very good service, which does away with the tedious courtesy transfers costing only a couple of pounds more. Pros: Driver waiting for us exactly as arranged and good clear instructions about where car would be returned to.
