On departure, the staff were very friendly and I couldn't have expected more. However on my return, I called the number on my email confirmation, and was told to use the courtesy phone, which I was unable to locate, and there was no one to ask, as it was late at night. My travelling companions spotted the bus, so we proceeded to board. On return to the car park, the attendant in the office made such a big song and dance about the fact that that I hadn't rung. I apologised and said I couldn't locate the phone, it tells you on the card was the reply. It had been a long day, and I hadn't even looked at the card. There was then another comment that I hadn't rung to the driver, as he had to go back to pick up other passengers. I'm not sure if I will use you again for the fear of getting my head bitten off!
