Dropped car off and was taken to airport straight away. When returned from holiday, rang Callerton and they were there within ten minutes, car was waiting for us. This was an efficeint friendly service which I would use again.

Good pre-booking on-line followed by seemless reception upon arrival and transfer. The return was equally good; keys returned upon pick-up at the airport which was achieved within 5 minutes; luggage transfer to car was helpful and we were able to start journey home within 10 minutes of emerging from the customs.

The staff at Callerton are not at all friendly or helpful. They also seem pretty dis-organised and the car park itself is frighteningly crowded with cars shoved all over the place. I was nervous about leaving my brand new car with them. When I came to collect my car it had been left at the front to drive away. The staff member shoved the keys into my hand and that was it. I had been dreading picking it up and decided to check around it before I got in, there was a scratch along the drivers door! I went straight back to the office and told the man and an older man came to my car and shrugged "It isn't through the paint!" he said and rubbed it with some T Cut. It didn't go away. He then tried to 'smoke screen' the situation and suddenly told me what a lot of trouble they had had with my car that day in that it had a flat battery and they had to charge it up. I said it was a brand new car and I'd had no problems with it prior to bringing it (I suspected they had left the lights on or the door open when they parked it but obviously I can't prove that) I have had absolutely no problems with it since. I returned to the issue in hand to which basically his attitude was to shrug and repeat that the scratch wasn't all the way through the paintwork so it was OK. I was absolutely disgusted and the man was so rude that we actually came away and since have had the car paintwork fixed ourselves. I would advise never to use this Car Park.

i got what i paid for, prompt transfers and car was ready straight away to drive away. Just one point, the overall appearance of the parking and office area looked very shabby. I think a valeting service should be offerred aswell.

Friendly staff, punctual service. We were delayed for about 3.5 hours on our return journey, but when we phoned to say we were ready for pick up, the bus came within 2 minutes for us. Would definetely recommend and use again. Car was ready for us to drive out straight away. We didn't have to go to the office or anything, just went straight to our car and headed home.

Remember on your return and come out of the terninal to go accross the road and wait at the same point you were dropped off at (the bus shelter pick up point B). This should also be written on the info as well as the number and when to call.

Having never departed from Newcastle before it was a lottery which car park we used, however we were in my opinion lucky dropping on Callerton. The checking in was fast and easy the bus took us withuot delay to the terminal, absolutely nothing worthy of complaint. Returning was just as easy picked up in under ten minutes from calling and the car was waiting to drive away. Could not find fault in the service. Many Thnaks to all concerned for making it so easy Highly recomended to all flying from Newcastle!!

This was one of the cheapest quotes for parking we found. Space at entrance was limited when we arrived , but car was taken away promptly to be parked and we were transferred to airport quickly. Free phone call to be picked back up when we arrived back in U. K. and minibus came in ten minutes . Car was ready to drive away. Would use again.

Easy to find from main road and near Metro station, close to the airport. Very efficient service and reasonable charges. Car at entrance of car park on arrival from airport, so no delay to return home.

However, driving home from the airport I noticed the wing mirror on the passenger side had been pushed in (towards the door) and within 5 minutes of leaving the car park I heard something fall off the car. As I was on a dual carriageway I was unable to stop but when I did, I found that the door trim around the passenger side window had fallen off and I have since had to have it replaced. I don't believe it was loose before I left the car and wondered if something had happened whilst the car was at Callerton which might have caused this.

The staff at Callerton were fantastic and very helpful when we arrived very late for our flight. They were extremely quick and efficient at processing the paperwork and geting us to the airport to make our flight when it was our fault we were late they did everything possible to help us catch the flight. Car was ready and waiting for us when we arrived back.

On arrival we were booked in straight away and the coach took us to the terminal immediately. Staff and driver were pleasant and handled luggage with ease. Would certainly use this service again in the future. Area around booking in office could do with upgrade.

So pleased we chose to use Callerton Parking - it set our holiday off to a great start. Friendly staff. No waiting around for bus to transfer us to airport. On return from holiday it was just a phone call and the bus was there for us - again no waiting around. Our car was ready waiting for us at the reception area of Callerton - superb service - would definetly use Callerton again. Thank you so much.

Came back from a fantastic holiday to find that my brand new car had been broken into and approximately £1500 worth of goods had been stolen, belonging to myself and my family. Not the best end to our holiday !!!! This may not be a good review, but a true and honest one !

I was a bit dubious initially about leaving the car in what looked like a scrap yard, however it was in one piece when I returned. In short, they could do with improving their appearance, and a little chat from the drivers would have been nice. However overall I was relatively pleased with the arrangement.

When we arrived we were later than intended. We were shouted at when we arrived at the yard. The man driving the van was aggressive and swore a lot. He drove very fast to the airport. It seemed like we were being a lot of trouble but I had paid for this service and expected a degree of politeness at least. On arriving back the driver of the van proceeded to berate and swear at a taxi driver. The air was blue, it spoilt the end of my holiday and again I felt intimidated. What visitors to this country think of us I dread to think!

The only drawback is not much time for minibuses to pick you up. Not the car parking teams fault. When get to airport in the night, tired and cold, the last thing you want to do is find a phone and stand in the cold!! First time I have used Newcastle, not sure we'll be using again.
