Well organised and well executed. One of the best car parking services experienced and close to the terminal as well.
Handed keys in, jumped in the mini bus - arrived at the airport within 10 minutes of dropping off the car. Return journey, very busy but only had to wait about 5 minutes for the mini bus and car ready and waiting at the car park. Will definately use again.
Generally very good except that driver of return vehicle was rather brusque with customers which was not necessary
It is not the first time I have used Park & Fly and I wouldn't park with anyone else and they have always offered first class assistance.
The staff are cheerful and upbeat and treat each person as an individual. Our return flight on this occasion was delayed, and our spirits and energy level were low but sure enough, the pick-up minibus was there with a friendly driver to greet us. Good value and a competitive service!
Having handed over the keys we were taken fairly quickly to the airport drop off point. On return we were picked up as soon as we left the terminal and taken directly to our car. Staff were all friendly.
The parking is very secure and very efficient. The car was ready to be picked up on our return and this made the process painless. The drivers to and from the airport were very friendly and chatty and helped with the baggage. Would use this parking again.
The transfers were vey efficient, however the cost was a shock and upon checking other parking sites locally it would appear that all are of similar prices.
No problems personally everyone was very professional friendly and punctual. Was a little worried whilst sitting on the mini bus waiting to be transfered to the terminal and saw an employee parking a recently left car eratically and hoped he wasn't going to be the one parking mine !!. Other than that it was all great.

I liked the way that the transfer bus worked on demand rather than having to wait while it picked up other cutomers.
Very efficient transfer. Not far from terminal which was great when returning - we were back and in our car within 10 min of exiting airport terminal building.
We needed to use two cars for our journey from Scarborough to the airport - directions given were simple to follow, reception staff were very friendly and helpful, within minutes we had been booked in and were sitting on the minibus heading for check-in at the airport. Everything ran very smoothly and we would definitely use Park And Fly again.
I have used this facility many times and never had a problem. Drivers are always prompt and very friendly. I wouldn't consider parking anywhere else.
Arrived at car park, waited one minute, if that, to go to airport, dropped off right outside terminal building in a minute and a half. On return, we waited one minute, one minute to car park, dropped off by car, helped with luggage. Super. We left a bag on the bus, which we discovered 10 miles from the airport, we returned to find it waiting for us, with nothing disturbed; this was such a rarity in this day and age. Fantastic, efficient and honest service. You can't get better than these guys.
We've booked car parking at several airports Edinburgh ,Glasgow,Manchester etc staff ,car parking,security,lighting etc have always been good. The Newcastle Park & Fly was good but the coach driver who collected us from our return flight was excellent,he was cheerful,helpful and his banter was brillant.well done !
Easy to find, 1 minute from the airport, no waiting on to go to airport, on return waited 5 minutes (no big deal) and service was really smooth. Will definetly use agin!
I have used this secure car park on two occassions and am totally satisfied with the level of service. The staff are helpful and polite. Our arrival back at Newcastle was held up by two hours but nevertheless a transfer bus was at the airport awaiting our arrival. There are no complications involved and I am confident that my vehicle was properly secure during my holiday. If using Newcastle Airport I will use Park and Fly again.
as a single parent with to small children i was naturally nervous about the whole thing but i was able to find the parkfly very easily,and was dealt with very quickly and efficiently,dropped right at door and collected at the same place.thank you!!
Everything went smoothly from boking to coming home.Also couldn't be more convenient in proximity to airport.
