Transfers are available 24 hours a day, running every 20 minutes and taking approximately 10 minutes.
Special assistance is offered in all Prestwick Airport car parks. Car park disabled facilities include wheelchair-friendly transfer buses and help buttons on entry barriers.
Larger dedicated parking bays are available adjacent to the terminal and shuttle bus pick-up points.
Blue Badge holders are permitted up to 30 minutes free to pick-up and drop-off. The Blue Badge should be presented at the car park desk located in the terminal building, where your ticket will be validated.

Easy to find and clean car park. Spaces could have been bigger for MPV. Buses were frequent enough and as above one driver in particular was very helpful.
route to the carpark was well signposted and the transfer to and from the airport was first rate. I would use this serivice again
Long delay in leaving the car park due to some technical hiccup. the system would not accept the credit card I had used to book the parking, and it was ten minutes before any contact with the office could be established via the intercom system.
Excellent facility to park your car and although I eventually found car park 7 it was within ideal distance from the airport, we were whisked away immediately to the airport as soon as we parked the car. First time flying from Prestwick but would definately use this parking facility again.

Very helpful staff. Our car wouldn't start and the girl in the secure parking van was very willing and helpful and got us started with her jump leads
Given the car park was almost full it must be a popular site but not a good place to be if the weather had been inclimate
May have liked to be a little closer to the airport, but it was a great service and one which we would use again.
Only problem I had was the machine recognising my debit card. Pressed the buzzer and quote my reference number and gain access and exit from car park, not really a problem.
Booked over the internet and more or less everything at the carpark is self service. This is my 3rd time using Car Park 7 and it has all worked perfectly I have never had a problem. What the customer service would be like if we did experience a problem I can't say.

we would use this parking site again as very close to prestwick airport and there was no waiting for the shuttle bus and the driver was very helpful..we will definately use them again.
Directions easy to follow. No problem finding car park. Bus driver (same one both ways) very helpful and courteous. Intervals between buses very good. Dropped off on main road at side of terminal and picked up at same location. Ideal.
Car park was easy to find with good directions and well sign posted. We found the whole thing easy, quick, and with no waiting either going or coming back it was ideal, especially with a child!
Wish the rows were numbered as it would be easier to take a row number for ref on return from your holiday.
Old passenger bus used on return and had to put cases on seats. Driver should have opened under side bus storage. Better signage on bus that for car park 7. Should be clearer that must contact operator on automatic barrier and should be answered immediately and if not, a holding message.
Some kind of information system telling you how far away the shuttle bus is would be useful. Car park was a little like a ghost town and there was very little evidence of any visible staffing. A sign post at the airport pick up point would be useful. It was however very cheap and served its purpose adequately.
My experience was limited because I could not find North long stay car park as it was not sign posted. I therefore had to pay £50 to park in Prestwick airport car park 3, in addition to the cost of North car park.
Travelling from Coatbridge we had early morning flight This was the first time we used the Car park facility and found the car park easily as well sign posted. Liked the idea of the self parking this made it much easier on our return to locate with ease
found it hard to find my car on return as they do not have an easy way to identify where you have parked i.e. row K etc. Also my credit card would not work and there is no staff on site you have to press a buzzer and speak through an intercom, I had to press it three times and held up two other cars before I got a response.
