Although more expensive than others, the easy access and no fuss, no waiting for transfer transport means that car park 3 will be my preferred option when flying from Prestwick

On arrival, the barrier machine did not recognise my credit card. I took a ticket in order to park and was concerned during my trip what hassel would await me on my return. Would I have to pay again to retrieve my car and embarque on protracted correspondence in order to receive a refund? In the event I stumbled on the small and inconspicuous office in in the Terminal where your representative validated my ticket saying tha this was a regular occurrence!

As we were leaving at 5.30am we did not see any staff and found it very easy to get to the airport and on our return we found it quick and easy to get to. Will definately book this for future travel.

Perhaps put on the ticket that it should be taken to the desk in the airport for validation on return. Maybe it was and I didn't register that fact - don't think so though. The desk staff were extremely helpful and efficient once I had gone there. Thanks!

.........since I was away five days I thought mid-stay ideal, rather worried when I had to go to the very furthest row before I found a space. Also, instructions to 'give booking number to attendant' totally misleading, as there was no attendant. You should instruct customer to go to desk opposite car-hire desk where the attendant will give you an exit card. I should have been absolutely furious if I had followed your instructions and had to go all the way back to terminal.

The car park is relatively close to the airport but not close enough to walk in inclement weather. We ended up walking because no shuttle bus arrived from the period we parked the car to when we had walked with our luggage to the exit. Current improvement on signage is required.

We were instructed to go to car park 4, which wasn't well sign posted at the 2nd roundabout. When we arrived there was a poster to say that car park 4 was closed and we were to park in car park 3 instead. Luckily we were in plenty of time, if this had been someone that had been more strapped for time could have been a real inconvenience. Apart from that the service was overall good.

We found the driver of the returning bus very offhand and unhelpful. The lady driver on the outward trip was very pleasant in comparison Unless you are fortunate enough to find a space near the entrance to the carpark, the extreme end is quite a distance away in the rain in particular.

Excellent service, easy to follow directions to car park and very helpful staff especially Charlie at Car Park 3. We were upgraded to Car Park 1 as our original booking of Car Park 4 was closed. This was right at entrance to Airport. Couldn't have got any closer, Thanks!

on leaving car park ticket did not work and was requesting more money.Had to go and look for attendant to explain we had already paid by debit card. She had to radio someone at airport to lift barrier and it was about ten minutes before we wre able to leave. We will not be using this car park again.

I arrived at the airport for the "mid stay parking" and there was no sign. I asked an airport staff and he said area 3, where I proceeded, parked my car and got the bus to the airport - great I thought. On returning, no driver in the bus waiting, so I walked over to the car park, got in the car, proceed to the barrier, put in my ticket only to be asked for 31 pounds. As I had already paid via my access card I pressed the help button and was asked to come back to the terminal. I then had to park the car and walk back over to the terminal, I was very annoyed as I was wanting to drive back in the day light (I have an hours journey). I went to the desk and the assistant took details and gave me another card to use. I then had to go walk back to the car park, as there was no bus available. It was now nearly 8.00pm. All this meant an extra half hour on to my journey, having left at 3.00pm from Barcelona. So I was not very impressed with the service. I was however pleased to receive your e-mail as I was going to write a letter to your company this weekend. I would appreciate your response to the above and hope you would take cognizance of the facts. Yours faithfully A Lawson

I have rated the transfers as bad as I was under the impression there was a coach to take us to the terminal, we were in the carpark approx 20 mins and never saw a coach. I booked two cars in and payed with the same credit card, the system of using the same credit card to lift the barrier only worked the once, not much good when you have paid for both vehicles with the same card. I never saw this highlighted anywhere during booking.

I found this one of the best airport parking areas as you could park and be in the airport in about 10minutes no booking in , no waiting for buses, just park and go.useing your switch card is great as well, no searching through pockets and luggage for lost tickets.

Car Park that I was booked into (CP4?) was closed - had been bought, I think. Very poor signposting, alternative carpark appeared to be full. Luckily I had time to get myself sorted, but had I been in a hurry, i could easily have missed my flight. VERY POOR SHOW.

We were booked into car park 4 on arrival we found the car park closed. There was a notice on the gate telling us to use car park 3 (which we had passed to get to car park 4) Got ticket displayed in window and got into bus. Bus driver was very helpful. On return couldnt get out of car park as the ticket came up that we owed a futher £21. Phone through for help waited for driver return explained the situation she asked for our travel docs which we couldnt find although we had had them earlier. She came and released us so no harm done however it may have been better if: 1 The car park closure was notified before we got to it. 2. There was some sort of interm ticket for people from car park 4 (we felt like criminals while waiting) Staff was really helpful and curtious to us.

Sent to car park no. 4; this was closed; had to travel back 2 miles. Redirected to car park 3; this would not accept my prepayment. Generally a lot of un-necessary inconvenience.

Very poorly organised, no staff on site, poor parking surface, no actual bays just a free for all. No clear direction to make sure you validate the ticket, pretty poor all round.

My friend was meeting me at airport and could not get in to 4. It stated full when booking was confirmed. Staff had to sort this out and put her in 3 along with others. We had plenty of time but it was a harassing start to an early morning!

Unfortunately when I arrived at the allocated car park, (on a very wet & windy morning) the car park I had been allocated was full. Despite inserting my card I was not admitted to the park. I was only able to get relocated to another car park with the help of another customer. I felt the process was not clear, there were no attendants and if I had not been helped by another customer I would have probably missed my flight.

The car park was poorly signposted and full of pot holes. There was a portacabin to wait in but no staff apart from the bus driver to assist you. However, the bus drivers were friendly and courteous.
