I do find the ticket office being in the short stay car park bit of a pain. Why can'ty it be in the terminal. They have this at Bournemouth in the terminal. When you are on your own this means you have to drag your luggage all that way then turn around and drag it back back to the terminal to catch the bus.
The coach drivers were outstanding ambassadors for the company. Friendly, helpful and prepared to go the extra mile to make the customer feel genuinely valued.
Coach stop was a very wet walk in gale force storm from the terminal. Even if not allowed to park by the terminal some kind of covered walkway to the coach would have been helpful.(Not Meteors responsibility but a thought for future negotiation). Parking price is excellent. I would be pleased to recommend the service to friends.
Have used another company Pink Elephant,,but your staff and service are very much better,,, courteous and helpful..informative as well..will definately use again and recommend
The service was superb. We were travelling with my wheelchair-bound mother and the coach drivers could not have been more helpful or thoughtful towards meeting her needs. We were dropped off and picked up right outside the airport terminal door and even better, within minutes of phoning to announce our arrival back at Southampton, the coach arrived to pick us up. Excellent, and highly recommended!
We were welcomed on arrival at the car park, the bus driver took our luggage from the car boot to the bus and we were immediately driven to the Airport. On our return we phoned the telephone number we had been given, the bus arrived in a few minutes and we were dropped off near our car.

Thursday 28th February: Traffic report of major accident, blocking the A34 southbound. Heading toward A34, from Hungerford, required a quick change of plan. Following slowlorries via Andover & Winchester meant we hit the M3 at 10am, for an 11:15 flight! As we approached the airport we contacted Meteor who "talked" us into the car park. Transferred everything to coach within 2 minutes and arrived at airport checkin 30 minutes before flight time - phew! Thank you to a very friendly, helpful and welcoming driver who also gave us instructions for the return leg. Arriving back in UK the same level of experience was superb and something we have experienced only a very few times previously. WELL DONE
Yours sincerely

Return pick up point is at bus stop outside airport entrance. Pick up outide the arrival termianl would be a great improvement especially in bad weather!

Easy parking, quick transfer, really helpful staff. Would have been excellent except that no-one (including us!) noticed in the dark that we'd got a slow puncture and a flat tyre over 2 weeks.

Superb parking, great service, but what is required is a more detailed map of location.

A first class experience. The driver even carried my bags to the car and lifted them into the boot!

Overall a very good experience. I was a bit concerned about the open perimeter, for long-term parking, but we did not experience any problems. Staff were really helpful and friendly.
A good friendly service and waiting as arranged. Difficulty getting to the car park during rush hour and getting away from it.
