As always meet and greet is an excelent service taking out the strain of the unknown question of where did I park my car. Pros: Pleasant staff even though we were delayed due to a hold up on the way there. Cons: The car was filthy, and the price comparison between airports was somewhat higher.

Everything was fine until i checked my car on pick up, despite being muddy (which i could live with) there were scratches on a rear wheel arch, which was reported at the time and i was told someone would contact me. Some 2 weeks later still no contact, despite various e-mails and messages left and a quote for £140 to repair the damage ! So i would not recommend using these Let Us Park at Stansted, if only because they do not value their customers or their cars. Pros: Convenient, simple to use and cost effective. Cons: If your car is damaged no one will talk/contact you !

This was a painless experience, and the operatives at both departure and return were excellent. courteous, friendly and swift. Cannot recommend them enough. Pros: First rate customer service.

The only comment I would make was that on arrival we were asked to go to Row M (I think) and we actually had to go further down and park on the left - bit confusing!

The driver who met us and returned the car was extremely pleasant and helpful. I was very pleased in every way with the excellent service.

The driver arrived just as we pulled up at 4 am to leave. He was also there as we arrived in the car park at 2.30 in the morning. What more could we ask for. Thanks. Pros: Ease of pick up. No waiting for a bus, which at 4 in the morning was important. Cons: None really except is can be a bit cheaper to stay in the airport car parks. But despite the extra cost it is well worth it.

It couldn't have been easier. Hassle free parking and great service. I would definately recommend meet and greet. Especially if you are travelling with young children. Pros: It's so easy.

Getting suitcases etc from a long stay car park to the terminal is a nuisance, as is the reverse procedure on the return journey; so for anyone who likes a little bit of extra service, or who is simply lazy like me, Let Us Park is an excellent alternative. I will definitely use it again. Pros: Quick, easy, very convenient.

Whilst valet parking is never going to be the cheapest option, it is well worth the few extra pouns it costs over the long term airport parking. I found the service to be efficient, friendly and conveniently located. Pros: A quick, convenient and well run solution to airport parking.

First time that I have not had to wait for either collection or return of car. First class experience. Pros: Excellent Service and No Waiting.

This was the first time I had used LetUsPark. I chose this service because it was competetively priced compared to the mid stay car parks. The communication is excellent and the contact was very easy to spot. You simply drive to a short stay car park making it very convenient for the Stansted terminal building. Coming back the communication was also good and they were preempting my arrival. These were the plus points. However, on picking the vehicle up, I discovered that my car had been thrashed about a lot because the box in my boot (rather heavy and usually stable) had been uprooted and all the contents flung out across the boot. Whoever drove it must have really put their foot down over those roundabouts! I await the speeding ticket... It was also a lot dirtier than how I had handed it over. Not damaged but just dirtier, having been parked in amongst some trees. No offer of a wash or valet, or an apology when I mentioned about the boot. Still, I didn't make a huge fuss at the time. Given these disappointments, and given how easy the E-parking is, I won't be using the LetUsPark service in the future. Sorry. Dr R Barton. Pros: Communication was good. The service was convenient for the Stansted terminal building. Cons: Car was dirty. It had obviously been abused by whoever moved it.

The aspect of the service that was good was the punctual collection and delivery of the car / text message update to inform us that they knew our arrival time. However, my car was returned in a poor condition.The vehicle was covered with mud around the sides, front and rear. The mud reached to the rear windscreen and the side mirrors. Furthermore, pigeon's excrement was also on my car, which has removed the sheen on my car. I was informed by the driver that the 'Let Us Park' will provide either a discount towards future parking or 5.00 towards valeting upon a receipt. I have written to the company and await a reply. Pros: Met at airport / sent text message update to acknowledge that they knew you were arriving at airport. Cons: Car was returned in an awful condition.

The service was excellent, and I can't fault the courtesy and efficiency. On arriving back in the UK after a late flight, not having to wait for a bus and try and remember where your car is was fantastic! Pros: Efficient and reliable.
