Wife has to use a wheelchair if going any distance, and Easyjet gate is a distance from check-in. I concluded this was the best way to get to and from the airport with minimal trouble. We returned 40 mins EARLY (good old EasyJet)late on Boxing Day night. Car was dropped off to us at the upper level, which made things easier for me. Being in a wheelchair at times does not stop her wanting to put 1/2 the wardrobe in the suitcase, and I have to push her and pull suitcase. Thanks Guys.Pros: Worked for us, Pickup/Dropoff personnel were cheerful and friendly.

The pros were that it felt quite luxurious to be met and greeted right at the entrance of the airport and be able to just walk straight through the revolving doors without the panicky feeling of whether we would get to the car park area and be able to park the car and get the courtesy bus to the airport entrance in time! The only con we found was that for some reason, probably weather conditions here, our car was delivered back quite dirty on the outside ... and it had only been cleaned throughly two days before!Pros: It saves time so you don't have to get up quite so early for those very early morning flights and is a feel good factor to be met and greeted at the terminal entrance and know you can leave your car right there. Cons: Only con was that our car was delivered quite dirty on the outside - we don't know if was from weather conditions or just the area where the car was parked.

It was ideal for an early morning flight, and then in the afternoon when returning from Germany. The staff were excellent and very polite.Pros: Excellent when travelling - hassle-free parking.

Car picked up relatively promptly on departure and was waiting for us when we got to the pick-up point on arrival. Fast, efficient and much more relaxing than having to catch buses to pick up your car. Will do it again.Pros: Really Convenient.

Impressive service - the only minor bug was that it took a while to deliver the car when I returned, but otherwise a good, cost effective service.Pros: Impressed - and I'll use it again.

Good service, but staff should be waiting when you arrive and again with car on return. Valet cleaning service would be a good idea.Pros: Convenient.

Worth paying a little extra for the convenience but disappointed car was not waiting outside for my arrival.Pros: Very convenient. Cons: Expected car to be waiting - had to wait in freezing cold for 10 minutes.

Excellent service! The picking up of the car at the terminal is wonderful and saves stress, worries and spots when checking in especially on flights that don't give you a direct seat!Pros: Ease of service and confidence in security of car.

Absolutely great - straight to departures with no time to waste!Pros: Drive straight up to departures - no transfers at all! Cons: Have to wait outside for return of car.

When parking at any airport, valet parking is the only one to use, no hassles and great service.Pros: Great service, especially travelling with 4 children. Cons: Not sure what happens when you are delayed?

Driver was waiting to collect car, even though we arrived at the airport 5 minutes early. Very efficient service and hand over very quick. On arrival back in the UK, we phoned to advise that we had reclaimed our luggage, and we found the meeting point easily. After an approxiately 5 minute wait, our car arrived at the meeting place.Pros: Driver was waiting to collect car at airport - saved time.

Both members of staff that we met were extremely polite & helpful. We were met on arrival & on our return our car was being backed into the parking space as we walked out of the terminal!! We couldn't have asked for better service & it certainly took some of the stress out of travelling. Thoroughly recommended.

Very pleased with the service and polite manner that we got, will use BSFC personal parking again. No messing with buses and time delays.Pros: Cuts out all the delays of time waisted with buses and parking.

I will never book off site parking again - the service is just perfect. Less stressful, time saving and just a great start to a holiday. I always hated waiting around for buses with cases etc. To drive up to the terminal and handover keys was such a treat. Had a wait of just 5 mins on my return and pick up points were all clearly marked. Wonderful - will do this every time in future.Pros: Absolutely brilliant - will use the service always in future. Well worth doing and in fact just as economical and time saving. Superb service!!!

Greeting on arrival was excellent and very professional. Phone took a long time to be answered when ringing once luggage had been collected. Told to expect 10 minutes from time of ringing. Was probably 25-30 minutes before car was delivered. Driver on return was very friendly and helpful.Pros: Convenience of not having to queue and wait for a shuttle bus. Cons: More expensive (although not by that much!)
