I had total confidence in the system, mostly down to the professionalism of people on the phone. Pros: Quick, easy, very friendly professional team. Cons: Quite expensive, but you get what you pay for!

Nice pro-active touch of calling me 15 minutes before scheduled arrival at airport and then seeing me out the gate (checking i knew the way) - best valet parking yet! Pros: Fast, professional, good vfm.

We haven't used this service before, normally we park in the longstay carpark and then get the coach/bus into airport, dragging our luggage with us. This service was brilliant and will definately be using again. It saved so much time, just turn up, get a small amount of paperwork done and away you go. On return our car pulled up just as we got to carpark, exchanged keys and info and again was away in a few minutes. We were home within the hour, whereas normally we would have just about left the longstay carpark. So would definately recommend to anyone thinking about trying this service, it's so simple and not a lot dearer than driving to the carpark and travelling in on bus. Staff were excellent as well, very efficient. Pros: Just unload your car, hand your keys over and away you go. Cons: Trying to estimate 20 mins from airport, when you need to ring to confirm arrival.

Representative was at the agreed place when we arrived and one was sitting in our car when we returned to the same place one week later. Perfect, trouble-free experience. Pros: Convenient.

After minor panic about making contact before arrival, it was good to drop car off at terminal for dawn flight, and great to get into a warm car after delayed return flight and foggy landing. Only niggle and not SimplyParking's fault: signing from terminal to Red car park (to pick up car again) is very poor and we kept the driver waiting while we tried to find it (arrival is well signed.) Pros: Pick-up point is a short walk from terminal. Cons: Drivers should have mobile number ready for answerphone in case line is busy.

Going to the airport and checking in is usually very stressful, especially with 2 children and luggage in tow! So just being able to leave your car at the door was very convenient and a simple phone call on arrival back with some very tired people made it an excellent service, I would definetly use this service again. Drivers and attendents were very courteous and helpful, highly recommend this service. Pros: No hassle parking.

I have got into the habit of parking at Stansted this way. On each occasion the experience has been excellent, and I would not willingly return to other parking methods. It may cost a little more, but in my opinion it's well worth it. Pros: Lives up to its name.

Excellent service, well worth the money. Collection of the car on departure and delivery on our return was faultless and very efficient. I would not hesitate to recommend this service to anybody wishing to avoid the nightmare of using long stay car parks. Will definitely be using the service again.

We arrived earlier than expected this was no problem, staff were there when we arrived. On our return our car was waiting for us with staff ready with our ticket for exiting the carpark. Instructions were clear and concise about dropping off and picking up. Better than our experience at Gatwick!! Pros: Friendly, courteous staff, extremely helpful.

This meet and greet was a really excellent service. We were supposed to phone when we were 20 mins from the airport, but they phoned us before we got the chance and were there waiting when we arrived. On our return journey, even though we caused a delay after they brought the car back, they just adapted so that we weren't inconvenienced. Mega. Pros: Flexibility, willlingness to adapt service to meet our needs.

I collected my car only to find a 12" scratch along one side, which appears to be the result of a scrape with a wing mirror. I was really annoyed that this was not pointed out to me, and it was only my own vigilance that brought this to the attention of the operative who seemed completely disinterested. I am still waiting for a suitable reply and satisfactory conclusion to this matter. Very very disappointed with the service provided. I have in fact now used two different meet and greet services at Stansted and both have been extremely poor. Would definately NOT use another service provider. I have seen where some of these vehicles are stored and do not feel they are in a safe environment anymore. You take my money and return it with probably several hundreds of pounds worth of damage and very little customer service so far. Pros: The idea is a good concept. Cons: It appears that very little care was actually taken of my car.

The only thing that took me by suprise when I got my car back was that the clock and radio clock were all out by several hours and the electronic compass needed resetting. Either somebody was fiddling about with them or perhaps they disconnected the battery. The latter wouldn't cause me any alarm if someone told me it would happen. Only being away for a week, this was the last thing on my mind. This has not however put me off and I will gladly use the service again. Pros: Fantastic if you've young kids - reliable - friendly courteous staff.

THE way to go with kids and luggage for a 2 week holiday. No struggling on/off buses with luggage and kids. Could be improved by meeting directly outside the Terminal rather than at the 'pick-up' point but that may be due to the current security clampdown. In any case there are lots of trolleys available so not too bad. Well worth the (slightly) extra expense. Pros: Easy and straightforward. No messing about with buses. Cons: Would be even better if drop-off/pick-up were right outside terminal.

This was an efficient, well-organised service. It took the stress out of our arrival at the airport and was an excellent way to begin our journey home at midnight. I would recommend this to other travellers, especially those travelling at awkward times. Pros: No waiting around on our return at midnight! Efficient and friendly telephone contact when we arrived back at Stansted. Cons: Car was very dusty!

This was our first time using Easy parking. We were very impressed with the prompt friendly service we recieved. Outbound, we called ahead as advised on booking form and staff were there ready and waiting for us when we arrived at the airport. we did drive past drop off point at first as there are no signs, just staff in high visability jacket who flagged us down. Upon our return, we were called by parking staff as we made our way through passport control. by the time we had collected our luggage our car was ready and waiting for us so we could continue our journey home. Communication and service was fantastic. Costs a little extra to use this service, but well worth it. Will definately use again. Well done and many thanks to the staff. Pros: Prompt, freindly service, great not having to drag bags and children accross car park or onto buses. Cons: No company signpost or flag at drop off and collection point which would be an advantage.

The only done side to this service was I had to give time of arrival to drop-off car and you worry incase you are late or too early and you can,t always judge the traffic. Also wasn't quite sure where to meet driver when dropping off car and had to phone to find out and there were no signs. Pros: Found this a very easy option and drivers polite. Cons: Only con was that you have to give arrival time on drop off and this is worrying incase you are held up.
