Arrival Procedure
Drive up to the entry barrier of the car park, where your car registration number will be read and recognised. A ticket will be printed showing your registration and the barrier will lift. Proceed to park your car and obtain a transfer to the airport.

Please note that if you have not entered your vehicle registration correctly, this will prolong the time spent for your car park check-in. If you experience any difficulties on arrival, please press the call button for assistance. It may help if you have your booking confirmation to hand.

Departure Procedure
Upon your return to the parking compound, drive your vehicle up to the exit barrier. Insert the ticket that was issued on entry to the car park and the barrier will open, then you may proceed out of the car park.

Should the need arise, please present your booking confirmation and entry ticket to a parking attendant, who will assist in your exit. If you experience any difficulties, please press the call button for assistance.

Transfers to Stansted Airport
The transfer bus operate night and day leaving every 10 minutes and taking approx 5 minutes to and from the terminal.

Disabled Facilities
Parking bays for Blue Badge holders situated near to bus stops. Wheelchair access on courtesy coaches.

Security at eparking Stansted
E-parking is manned 24hrs, frequently patrolled and enclosed by security fencing. Comprehensive CCTV in operation.

• Exit M11 at J8a (from the direction of London) or J8 (from the direction of Cambridge) following signs on the roundabout for Stansted
• At the first roundabout take the 2nd exit sign posted Mid Stay car park
• Continue for 1.5 miles to the next roundabout and take the 3rd exit following signs to Mid Stay car park
• Turn left at the next roundabout and eparking Mid Stay car park is situated immediately in front

Mr Arthurs, 19 Dec 07 Prompt transfers, helpful staff! Only downside, couldn't remember where I parked the car!! Will definitely use the service again.

Mr Mitchell, 06 Mar 07 The car park was clearly signposted and managed in a way that facilitated a speedy pick up. The bus was clean and the journey to the terminal short. The return pick up was similarly efficient. We were left with the impression of a well managed service and had full confidence that we were leaving our car in a safe and secure environment.
Pros: Close to terminal. Well laid out. Clean and timely buses.

Mr Dipane, 06 Mar 07 The pick-up service at the airport was excellent - The driver of the shuttle bus was extremely helpful - not only to eparking customers but other people approaching him for directions - good price- great service.
Pros: Simple - easy; WILL use again.

Mr Jeffery, 13 May 06 The parking area was easy to find. There was no delay for transfers, either on departure or return and the staff were very helpful, polite and cheerful.
Pros: Well signposted and easy to find.

Mrs Mcmaster, 09 May 06 eparking Stansted was exactly as advertised. There were good instructions and good signage to car park. Shuttle bus ran at the advertised frequency so there was no delay in getting into the airport building, which is important when you have an early morning flight. It was good value for money - as a single passenger it was not a lot more expensive than getting the train to and from Stansted, but a great deal more convenient.
Pros: Excellent service.

Mr Paul Hayhoe, 05 May 06 Extremely easy to book and reasonably priced. Everything was exactly as described and there were no problems at all. Highly recommended.
Pros: Dead easy.
Cons: Slightly misleading direction signs in the car park.

Mr Waters, 17 Mar 06 eparking is perfectly situated off the A120. Barrier entry worked first time for pre booking. Parked and waited just 1 minute for bus. From entry into car park to entering the terminal was less than 10 minutes. On return, bus was waiting outside terminal and within 10 minutes we were out of car park and on our way home. This car park was totally hassle free and I would definitely use it again.

Mr Collie, 21 Feb 06 Great airport and parking service - never been before and will use again. BUT entry barrier says insert credit card you used when you booked. It means DEBIT cards OR credit cards. Otherwise excellent.
Pros: Convenient, quite quick to airport, easy to get to.
Cons: Confusion at entry barrier.

Ms Fox Linton, 23 Dec 05 With children, luggage and an early morning flight, parking close to the airport and hopping on a bus that took us right to the door was a convenient, warm, quick way to arrive.
Pros: Close, convenient, safe, cheaper for a family than going by rail.

Miss Dutton, 19 Dec 05 Arriving at the carpark, there was a coach within 5 minutes to take me to the airport. On arrival back to the UK I was at my car within 25 of landing - super efficient and very easy to use.
Pros: Fast and very easy.
Cons: A little bit pricey.

Pros: Simple to book, very good parking faciilities.
Cons: Coach driver not very friendly.

Mrs Mason, 08 Dec 05 Finding the car park and vacant slots was really easy. Was a bit irritated to stand at the bus stop and see coaches lined up waiting but not moving. If I had been tighter on time (as I usually am) I would have been getting very twitched. Once on the coach was fine. Upon return was very irritated to see three Long Term coaches leave before the mid-term coach turned up and then had to wait for a further 5/10 mintues as there was not enough room on the coach.
Pros: Fairly close to the terminal.
Cons: Mid-terms is expensive even for a weekend.

Mr Runnacles, 05 Dec 05 Well laid out carparks with good signage and wide parking spaces, convenience (near to terminal), ease of use (particularly credit card access/exit when there at 0430!), easy to use website, good clean modern quiet regular buses, calm helpful drivers. Best on or off site airport parking I've used. Well done.
Pros: Convenience and speed.

Pros: An extremely clear set of instructions.
Cons: Still quite pricey.

Mr Lorimer, 04 Dec 05 Wasn't any cheaper than say Pink Elephant yet felt very unsecure, transfer van was a heap and all felt a bit amateurish. Would not use again.
