Meet & Greet Option Arrive at the Airport terminal, unload your luggage and an official will safely park your car for you! On your return your car is delivered back to the terminal ready for a swift departure.

Arrival Procedure
Proceed to the Set Down Area, located in the lay by on the left as you drive up the ramp in front of the terminal building. A representitive of Stansted Valet Parking will be waiting for you with a trolley for your luggage. Return details will be confirmed and keys handed over. If the road leading to the terminal is closed for security reasons proceed to Zone D of the Short Stay car park by the ticket machines. Please call call the car park the day before you travel to confirm your arrival proceedure on 0800 180 4023, between the hours of 0880-1800. If you are arriving on a saturday on sunday please call on the friday. If you arrive more than 15 minutes early or late for your agreed meet time and you haven't called 0785 4246147 to advise the driver cannot guarantee to meet you immediately.

Departure Procedure
Once you have exited the luggage hall, please call the pre-arranged number you received on arrival, where you will be directed to the correct area to collect your car.
PLEASE NOTE: A supplement of £20.00 applies if you require a pick up/drop off between 01.00 and 03.30hrs, to be paid direct to the car park.

Disabled Facilities
This car parking option is very suitable for disabled travellers.

Security at Stansted Valet Parking
The storage site has Metal Security Doors and 24hr on site security.

Insurance
All drivers are fully insured to drive your vehicle

Additional Services at Stansted Valet Parking
Car cleaning service is available. Enquire upon arrival at car park.

Notes
Car park will not be operating after 16.00hrs on Christmas Eve, all day Christmas Day and Boxing Day, after 16:00hrs on New years Eve and all day New Years Day.

Mr Naylor, 22 Feb 07 The collector was early both when we left the country and he waited some time for us to get out after we returned. He was very helpful. I would have no hesitation in recommending Stansted Valet Parking to anyone and will use them every time we leave the country with our ski gear!

Mr Bishop, 14 Mar 06 Ok but the driver was late picking me up so i had to leave my family in the car, while i stood in the freezing cold for five minutes at 5.00am. Will probably use BCP Meet and Greet next time.
Pros: Friendliness of staff.

Mr Bramwell, 14 Mar 06 Excellent service. I shall not bother to use any other parking system in future. This was ideal, with friendly staff who were there when they said they would be. It's so convenient to just drive up to departures and find someone there to meet you with a luggage trolley. It's even better, at the end of your trip, to just walk down to the end of the ramp at arrivals and get straight into your car!
Pros: Friendly courteous staff. On time to meet and return the car.

Mr Phillips, 23 Feb 06 Couldn't have been more simple. Booked on Simply Parking, received instructions by Email. We were met at the airport when we arrived and despite a 1 1/2 hour delay, the car was there waiting for us on our return. Staff at both ends of the journey were more than helpful.
Pros: Easy, efficient, friendly, fast.

Mr Clarke, 22 Feb 06 I thought that the Meet & Greet service was excellent. Booking via the internet was very simple. The procedure is straight-forward and well-described in the confirmation notes. The drivers are extremely courteous and helpful. Top marks!
Pros: Ease of drop-off/pick-up, courtesy of drivers, almost as cheap as long term car park for long periods.
Cons: Expensive for short trips.

Mr Hetherington, 16 Feb 06 This was the first time I have used a meet and greet service. For early morning departures the service is well worth the time and stress savings. The price however should be lower for short stays of 1 or 2 days.
Pros: Easy, quick and saves time.
Cons: Price for short stay.

Mr Milburn, 02 Feb 06 I left my jacket in the car - staff had it to me in 10 minutes! They also guided me in to the pick-up area when I couldn't immediately find it. Everything was in order and exactly on time - thanks for my best parking experience yet!
Pros: Punctual, courteous, helpful and very efficient throughout.
Cons: £45 is a bit steep for 2 days!

Dr Perez, 11 Jan 06 Very happy with the service. Very helpful staff. It made our trip with children much easier. The fact that there was someone at the terminal with a trolley waiting for us was great. I will definitely use the service again.

Mr Wakeford, 10 Jan 06 Having used other parking methods at Stansted, with mixed results, we thought we would try a slightly more expensive, but, in theory, more convenient service. It was very pleasing that the actual service matched up to the theory. We were met on arrival as promised and on our return, were also greeted at the time and place indicated on the comprehensive instructions we had been given. The service could not be faulted, and my wife and I will undoubtedly use it again.
Pros: Very convenient-extremely efficient service.
