Park and Fly Overview

Meet & Greet Option Arrive at the Airport terminal, unload your luggage and an official will safely park your car for you! On your return your car is delivered back to the terminal ready for a swift departure.

Arrival Procedure
You MUST call the car park on 07905 420118 when you are 20 minutes from the airport. On arrival at the airport, proceed to the Red Zone arrivals area of the Short Stay Car Park, where the driver will be waiting to greet you. Hand your confirmation and car keys to the driver and proceed to check in. PLEASE NOTE: Please remove all keys from your keyring other than the vehicle keys. Stansted Park and Fly do not accept responsibility for non-vehicle keys.

Departure Procedure
After you have collected your luggage, you MUST call 07905 420118 to confirm your arrival. Proceed to the Red Zone Arrivals area of the Short Stay Car Park, where the driver will be waiting with your car ready for collection.

Disabled Facilities
This car parking option is very suitable for disabled travellers.

Security at Stansted Park and Fly
Cars are stored in a secured area enclosed with security fencing and monitored by CCTV. The site is staffed 24 hours a day.

Insurance
All drivers are fully insured to drive your vehicle

Notes

• You MUST call the car park on 0870 240 5524 between the hours of 08.00-18.00 the day before your arrival to confirm your car and pick up details. If you are arriving over the weekend, you must call to confirm your booking details on the Friday before.
• The car park operates from 04.30 to 23.00. If your flight is delayed outside of these hours you will be met by the driver.
• Please remove all keys other than those for your vehicle from your keyring. Stansted Park and Fly will only take responsibility for vehicle keys.
• This car park has a minimum stay/charge of 4 days.
• Lorries, mobile homes and commercial vehicles are not allowed.

Stansted Park and Fly Directions

• Exit the M11 at junction 8a if you are travelling from the North or junction 8 if you are travelling from the South and follow signs for Stansted Airport and the Short Stay Car Park.
• You must call Park and Fly when you are approximately 20 minutes from Stansted Airport to confirm arrival time.

Mrs Hemmings, 07 Sep 06 Supervisor explained that because we were late the car had been parked in the car park at Stansted airport and although it was checked from time to time someone must have scuffed it with a luggage trolly. The mark was black and appeared on two panels. It did not come off when wiped with a finger. We were told to ring the office the next morning and I was disconcerted when I was expected to use the T cut myself - but to give them their due the marks did come off.
Pros: Everything ran smoothly.
Cons: Car appeared marked.

Mr Brugnoli, 01 Aug 06 Great service. We arrived at the airport 1 hour earlier than our stated arrival time on the booking but it was no problem for Park and Fly who met us at the airport car park. When we arrived back our car was waiting for us when we got into the car park. I will definitely use them again in the future.
Pros: Flexible, prompt service.

Mrs Haigh, 31 Jul 06 Stansted short stay car park is really confusing at the moment and we had trouble finding the meet and greet man both ways. Make sure you are clear about the rendezvous point.
Pros: Quicker and easier than car park.
Cons: Stansted car park being changed and we got lost.

Mr Whiterod, 18 Jul 06 Excellent - had booked car an hour or two too early-phoned to amend time and was assured it was no problem at all. Driver was waiting for us at drop off point. On return telephoned to say we had cleared and driver was waiting with our car when we arrived at the collection point. In all an excellent service - highly recommended, we will certainly use them again.
Pros: The only way to park at the airport.

Mrs Buckmaster, 14 Jul 06 Excellent service. We travelled with 2 small children who were very tired on the return journey - this service allowed us to collect our vehicle and be on our way home within 5 minutes of collecting our luggage.
Pros: Convenient, easy.

Mrs Howell, 12 Jul 06 I arrived early and staff were quite happy to take my car early. I think the chaos of the building work made it a bit more difficult to find my driver. I changed my booking, and it had not been transferred to the driver's check list....but he sorted it out.
Pros: Saves the hassle of Pink Elephant, so can arrive later.
Cons: Have to phone 20mins before arrival...difficult if solo driver and no hands-free phone!

Mr Dooley, 07 Jul 06 For only an extra few pounds, the meet and greet service was exceptionally easy to use. We were stuck on the M25 on the way up to Stansted for over an hour. But we called ahead to Park and Fly and they were there waiting for us as we rushed to get checked in. Had we had to park ourselves and get a bus, we could have easily missed that. I was very happy to pay a little extra (and it was very little) for the privelege of losing that sort of stress!
Pros: Extremely easy to use; polite staff; stress-free (which is nice).

Mrs Steele, 03 Jul 06 Park and Fly's staff were friendly and helpful. They were on time both on departure and arrival at Stansted. Their service was totally hassle free and I would have no hesitation in both recommending them to others, and using them again.

Mrs Mitchell, 24 Jun 06 I will use the service again even though we had to wait for car to be returned for 10 minutes with 3 tired children, this is still a much easier option than getting the bus back to the mid/long stay car parks with loads of cases and tired family.
Pros: Easy if travelling with children.
Cons: A bit expensive.

Dr Weston Smith, 11 Jun 06 Simple and efficient service. We were travelling with large quantities of sports kit and being able to leave the car in their hands at the airport, and have it waiting for us on our return, worked very well for us.
Pros: Very efficient.

Mr Harris, 06 Jun 06 This is the first time we have used this service and would definitely use it again. It was so easy and straightforward, great with small children and saved lots of time travelling to the long stay carparks - highly recommended!

Ms Palmer-jones, 06 Jun 06 Definitely worth the money. Staff were there to meet us on time when we arrived at airport both on way out and the way back. We were travelling with 2 small children, their luggage, buggy and carseats. Great not having to cart luggage and kids on/off bus.
Pros: Excellent when arriving late at night with 2 small children.
Cons: Had to queue for some time to get out of short term car park at Stansted as very busy - guess due to last day of school holidays.

Mrs Palmer, 06 Jun 06 Dropped car off and picked up right outside airport terminal. Didn't have to wait for a courtesy bus to pick us up & drive us all round the car park carrying our luggage. Driver had a luggage trolley ready & waiting for us. Will definitely use again.

Mr Russell, 30 May 06 We have a 2 year old boy and had to meet a 6:30am check-in deadline. We obviously didn't want to get him out of bed too early and so we booked valet parking. We literally drove up to the terminal and 10mins later we were checked in. No getting on & off buses and it enabled us all to get some extra much needed sleep ahead of travelling. The service was excellent, extremely punctual on picking up and dropping off the car and I had full confidence in the driver taking care of my car. I'll definitely book with Park & Fly again.
Pros: Perfect for families.
Cons: A few pounds extra.
