Arrival Procedure
On arrival to the airport follow the signs to Teesside airport parking. The car park is accessed via two barriers located at the same point of entry. Take a ticket at the entry barrier, park your car and retain the entry ticket.
Departure Procedure
On your return proceed to the Information Desk inside the terminal building and present your entry ticket and booking confirmation. The ticket will then be validated and returned. To exit Teesside airport parking insert the validated ticket into one of the three barriers located at the same point of exit from the car park.

Disabled Facilities
19 dedicated disabled parking spaces are available within a maximum of 100 metres of Teesside airport terminal entrance for use by disabled badge holders (a valid badge must be displayed). The terminal is constructed on one floor. Unisex disabled passenger toilets are available in the departure lounge and are located in the Baggage Reclaim Hall, Gates 1-2 and adjacent to Gates 3 and 4. In addition, toilets are available in the terminal in both male and female toilets. There is an Ambulift or carry chair available for boarding aircraft.

07 December, 2008I was pleased to park so close to the main entry,(just across the road.) Unfortunatly we were diverted to Newcastle,where I Live then had to get back to pick up my car,but had no problem either way.Would strongly recommend.

24 November, 2008we checked in early -4am- so saw no staff to rate them. entry was automated and easy. only a very short walk to the teminal so was ideal. we had no problems on return - again quick and easy.

28 October, 2008With Durham Tees being a small airport the 15 minute drop off zone right next to the terminal was extremely useful, particularly as we had young children. We had no additional transfers.

31 July, 2008Parked right outside the terminal building at Teeside Airport. It couldn't have been easier. On our return it took seconds to get our ticket validated and return to the car. An excellent service which we would use again.

18 March, 2008I booked for airport carparking at Stanstead and my booking tunred out to be at Teeside airport!!! So not only did I lose the parking fee of £23.00 with your company I had to pay £71.00 at Stanstead airport. Very disappointed.

14 February, 2008Having never experienced parking at the airport before while being away, it was great, didn't have to worry about getting to the airport on time if having to get a taxi there and back. We will certainly do this again. You arrive into arrivals and literally straight into car, wonderful.

27 September, 2007I booked on the internet to park in the main car park which is a short walk away from the main entrance. On my return i produced my email confirmation and my car park ticket at the information desk and received my validated ticket back in a couple of seconds. Short walk back to the car,drive to the barrier and put ticket in to lift barrier and away home no problems/no hassle and a bit cheaper than just turning up to park. ps,more people stood at the parking pay machines than at the information desk.

14 November, 2006It was cheaper for us to bring our car and park in the airport; it was easy to find and parking was simple; the staff were very friendly as we were a bit confused as what to do with the ticket and our car was in one piece when we returned; excellent service will be using it again.

13 November, 2006Its not worth saving a couple of pounds by staying at the hotel car park when this car park is right next to the terminal. Can't get excited about car parks really, but this is still OK.

16 October, 2006I didn't see any car park staff so can't comment on that! I also didn't have any transfers, but it's all so close that it's convenient. Because it's such a small airport, it is really convenient - the parking is close to the airport entrance.

20 September, 2006A very small airport found to be congested when two flights landed within minutes of each other and a bit of a struggle to reach the Customer Service desk to have the car parking ticket validated.

Last time, we used parking nearby in a hotel car park but it didn't cost much more to be in the airport car park and it saved lots of hassle. We were also reassured by the security offered in the main car park and would certainly book parking there again.
